L’appartement de Susana était parfait pour moi et ma fille. C’était très propre, fidèle aux photos. Aussi, nous avons adorées le balcon avec la vue sur la plage. Les installations de l’hôtel étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons profité de la piscine, le gym et les longues chaises près de la piscine et à la plage (toujours disponible). Le complexe n’est pas trop grand et c’était assez tranquille et on se sentait en sécurité. L’éloignement du centre de Cancun rendait l’endroit plus tranquille mais aussi très accessible (nous avons utilisé a plusieurs reprises l’autobus qui passe devant l’hôtel pour se rendre dans le centre-ville). Un OXXO (mini-épicerie) en face de l’hôtel nous a été très pratique. L’arrivée s’est fait en pleine nuit, sans problème. Susana a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions notamment ses conseils sur Cancun, les commodités et les choses à faire. Ses conseils furent précieux. J’y retournerais sans hésitation. El lugar está muy limpio y práctico para llegar, cercano a varias atracciones turísticas, Ofelia es una señora muy amable y siempre permaneció al pendiente de nuestra estancia, volvería a hospedarme con ella.

Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

Norma was a delightful host. communication was superb. The bed was extremely comfortable. Public bus access right out front.

I had a wonderful time at Nice Place. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I really like having access to bicycles as it made local restaurants, the public beaches, and parks very accessible. The rooftop was a great place to relax and watch both sunrise and sunset. I will definitely consider coming back next time I am in Cancun!

Nice apartment, in a private and calm area, when you are feeling secure 100%. Gabriela is an amazing host, she’s ready to help any time you need. I feel really comfortable same at my home. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are washer and dryer to get your clothes ready. Nice swimming pool. There’s secured spacious parking in case if you rent any vehicle. Easy access and easy to find. Hosts give clear instructions how to get in. Located in downtown, shopping malls, grocery shops, cafes and gym nearby. Thank you Gabriela for welcoming me at your stay.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

El alojamiento de Ricardo fue una excelente opción. Muy cerca de restaurantes, bares, playas, tiendas y farmacias. Ricardo todo el tiempo mantuvo una excelente comunicación con nosotros y el loft está muy cómodo y bonito. Excelente para 2 personas.

Un gran lugar para hospedarte, solo fui por unos trámites y fue Justo lo que necesitaba, aunque no tiene AC el lugar siempre estuvo fresco, una zona muy segura de la ciudad y cerca de restaurantes

Its in a great locality in La Luna. There are combis to ADO - R6 or R2-15 to the hotel zone (bus stop in Nichupte). Bon Pane is nearby too. The kitchen is adequate and there is a little private back yard. The one -ve is the very tiny bathroom sink and little legroom in the toilet. There could be some road noise. However the AC does muffle the sounds - so not much of an issue. I recommend.
