Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beautiful accommodation, met all expectations. Super central and in front of Playa Caracol. The hotel area center is very close and the bus stop is also.

This is the second time I have stayed in Yuliana's apartment, with the payment of $100 pesos per person for the use of the facilities. It is an excellent option since we were able to join the games they do in the pool and get a discount for food tickets. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much, we will definitely return again. Thank you for everything, Yuliana.

What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

This place was very nice. Close to the bus station and had a nice pool. There were some small stains on some of the sheets and pillows, but they appeared mostly clean. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Other than a small mishap with the AC, I would 100% stay here again. The hosts were very friendly and even responded to messages at 2am to try and help. They helped me navigate back to the airport as well. You should stay here.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Cancun. The host was incredibly attentive, always on the lookout for any detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The place is beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Every detail of the accommodation makes you feel at home. The condominium is a very pleasant space to be in, with a quiet and safe atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our days in Cancun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with an exceptional host. It's definitely a place I'd love to return to in the future. Carlos was very responsive and helpful with our stay. From meeting us 2 hours late due our plane being delayed, to letting us check out late because our flight was in the afternoon, Carlos was very accommodating. The property and views are everything a first time visit to Cancun are supposed to be, they draw you in and just make you want to keep coming back.

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly personable and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help with our flight schedule. The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with personal touches like sunscreen, bug spray and snacks —such a nice surprise! We also really appreciated the local recommendations; they led us to some amazing spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. Would definitely stay again!

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Loft with access to a very nice beach, the pool is very nice and having the restaurant right there was very useful, everything was very tasty. One advantage was having the hotel laundry service at an extra cost. The proximity to the airport helped a lot to avoid complications when leaving, and you can get to the center easily and cheaply by public transport. The beach, although with a lot of waves, has areas where you can be without problems, and the loft is close to other public beaches. Mariana always responded quickly and politely, resolving doubts and requests very well. Thank you very much for everything
