Nice place, very spacious great place for bigger family.

The manager who welcomed us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us hints of where to go for dining. She even connected me to a friend from the past who happen to own a condo unit at Vonbel. I like that there is water dispenser available at the unit. Thank you for hosting us. My family enjoyed the stay, the chic-ness of the place, being very clean and the view from the porch. I look forward to coming back again.

The place was big for 6pax. It's cozy and clean. Burnham park is just 10-15 minutes walk depending on your pace, but you can always ride a jeepney if you don't feel like walking since jeepneys pass right in front of the house. The host Ms. Nikki was kind and she made us feel very welcomed. We can easily reach her if we need something. She even gave us a number of a tour guide whom we booked going to Atok. All in all it was a nice experience.

This place offers incredible value! Its location just off the main road makes it easy to get to the town center, which is a huge plus whether you're driving or relying on public transport. The apartment has everything you could need, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the option to purchase drinking water. Jojo is a wonderful host – so friendly, helpful, and a great source of information about the area. Highly recommend and I plan to return!

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

This place is perfect for group travels. It’s very homey. Feels really like a home away from home. And of course, Ate Caren was always helpful and accommodating of our requests. We appreciate everything you did for us! I just think you need to update your photos listed in here because they don’t give justice to the beauty your house holds. It’s really beautiful! Comfy, airy and bright (big windows), complete kitchen amenities, clean, and a homey atmosphere. Nearby walkable restaurants. It's beside a busy street so it could get noisy. Other than that, everything seems to be in the right place. I highly recommend this place!

Very accommodating ng Host kahit nakalagay na 10am ang checkout she recommended ibang unit which was supposedly 11am ang checkout but still give extra hour para 12 ang checkout. about the play what you see sa photos yun din sa personal very accommodating din ang mga narereceive. Our family had a delightful stay at 87 Guest House in Baguio. The alfresco dining area was charming, the house was clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Smooth check-in and check-out, ample parking, and a wonderful overall experience. 5 stars!

We had a great stay at this home! Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to the caretaker, Ate, who welcomed us warmly, gave us a quick tour, and clearly explained the house guidelines. She was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean and spacious, with enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 8 of us. The kitchen is fully functional, the shower heaters work well (just be mindful as they can get extremely hot), and the parking space can fit two cars comfortably—it also felt safe and secure. There was some mold, especially in the bathroom, but that seems to be common in Baguio due to the weather. The location can be a bit tricky to access, with a steep road leading to the house, but considering the price, it’s really not a big issue. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable here—largely thanks to the wonderful caretaker. We would definitely recommend this place!

Host is very friendly and responsive. We didn’t have trouble finding the place and it looks exactly like the picture and there’s parking space! Worth the price nearby town but not walkable as it’s uphill.

Staying at Ms. Renaflor's place was like staying at the comfort of your home. Walkable in all tourist spots particularly wright park, the mansion. Thank you for letting us stay in your humble abode. We look forward in staying there again.

Host was responsive. As in! He immediately replied, mabilis kausap. Kaya kahit last minute booking pero maayos kausap. What I loved about this booking: 1. Smart entrance lock - Security is important kaya super loved this. 2. Accommodating Host - I asked if okay early check-in, He said yes agad! Didn’t even ask what time. And NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 4. Quality Mattress and pillows - malinis ang sheets, walang smell 5. WI-FI - FAST!!!! I worked and wala ako naging problem 4. Peaceful environment 5. Mabait ang guards - You’d feel safe Medyo challenge lang ang location kasi didn’t bring a private car kaya hirap mag-Grab or taxi. The unit is located near the session road (night market) and SM Baguio. A bit far from Jeepney terminal but taxis are easy to hail. Recommended for solo travelers :) The room is clean and has basic necessities, there's also a Family Mart beside the lobby for drinking water. The host and Mam Cristy are approachable amd accommodating. Thank you!

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Enjoyed my stay here even as a solo traveler but it can accommodate small groups. Walang hassle ang check in and check out. The host even accommodate my request for early check in and late check out without an extra fee. The unit itself is clean. Walang signal ang mobile data but super lakas ng wifi nila for your phone and for their TV. Walking distance lang din sila almost lahat ng attraction so makakatipid ka sa transpo. Will definitely book here again. 💖
