Pros: It was a nice stay. Our toddler enjoyed running around the open area and interacting with their farm animals. Their friendly and accomadating staff is a plus. The guest house is spacious. Cons: (for the future guests' better experience) - insufficient signages along the way. We had to stop several times to ask the locals. - Pool and comfort room at the guest house is shared. we read it here that the pool is shared but we did not expect that even the campers who pitched tent overnight can get to use it, too. We wish it was a little bit more private. - ATV was not working during our stay. we were very excited to try it. - we wish there were more activities to do. especially for kids. like a place for bonfire, a little playground maybe. But all in all it was a beautiful experience! i am pretty sure they have more plans for this place :)

This place is the best AirBnB place I’ve ever stayed at in the past almost one decade of using this service. It is worth the price we paid and even more! It was worth being disconnected from the bustling and urban world. We even hiked near the area and had to feast over the scenic views of the place. The place itself has a lot of ammenities and I personally was obsessed with the kitchen. Ma’am Angelica was also super nice and made sure we were okay throughout. Ate April was also too. It was a bit of a travel to get there via the 4x4, but it is worth it. Would def come back <3

Thank you so much, Sir Dhenzylle! Our overall experience was great. The location was very convenient, just short work to burnham park, which was a big plus. Though we had an unforeseen brownout during our stay, it wasn't much of an issue since the weather in Baguio is naturally cool and refreshing. We had planned to extend our stay a few more hours. As a thoughtful gesture for the brownout, we weren't charged for the extra time, which we really appreciated. Sir Dhenzylle was super easy to communicate with, very understanding and considerate. His place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. We truly hsd a relaxing time and would defenitely recommend this place to anyone visiting in Baguio. Thank you again, Sir Dhenzylle, for making our stay extra special! :)

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

We have stayed in established hotels and wanted to try out vacation houses. And this place is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Just the cozy design of the place is top notch and match to the Baguio feeling. The owners/staffs are very helpful and we can see that they care not just because it is their job, but since they genuinely want to make the stay worth it and linked towards the hospitality of the locals. My family was just very comfortable and happy during our stay. For sure we will stay here again next time we will be back in baguio. 100% RECOMMENDED if your plans is to unwind and have fun.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

Comfy, airy and bright (big windows), complete kitchen amenities, clean, and a homey atmosphere. Nearby walkable restaurants. It's beside a busy street so it could get noisy. Other than that, everything seems to be in the right place. I highly recommend this place!

The house we rented was cozy and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect – close to the attractions but still quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated the balcony very relaxing for seniors, the cold weather tho. Overall, We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Super clean, quiet, and very spacious. The host and place exceeded our expectations. Ms. Susan was responsive and super nice + provided clear instructions making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Towels and personal care kits, drinking water, etc were also provided. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area..😍❤️

Jason's place was a good find. Clean, complete with very nice view. The only downside was the small bathroom. But overall, place was great for small families. Jason was also helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. We'll be back!

The place was perfect for our big family—very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. In fact, we didn’t even get to use all the rooms because each one already had multiple beds, which was more than enough for us. The admin was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay even more convenient. We also accidentally misplaced the keys at first, but she was so understanding and didn’t even ask us to pay for them—thankfully, we found them in the end! The caretakers were also great—very responsive and quick to assist, even just over text. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back next time. 😊

We had a good stay at Tony's place, we felt welcomed there. Host was always available whenever we had any concerns or questions. The place is clean and we had a nice time with the cold weather in Baguio. Just a few considerations: -The room was at the lower level, there is a flight of stairs going to and from. I have young kids so it wasn't a problem for me, but for seniors this might be an issue -Wifi signal not strong in the bedroom though host said it happens when it's foggy.

We really enjoyed this big old house! 2 nights and 12 of us and still felt spacious. Everything we needed and Ate Marilyn made sure we were good. Using Google map to find it did not work but the directions in the listing work well ;-) Very quiet area and so nice to sleep with no traffic noises. Beds were good lots of chairs and sofas to lounge on. I especially enjoyed the charm and construction of the house itself. Worth the visit just to marvel at the old school parquet floors! We will return the next time we have a group outing in Baguio city!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay in the bnb. It’s peaceful and away from the busy roads — but still in a convenient location. The rooms were extremely spacious and perfect for our group. Everything was well prepped and clean as well. Ma’am Eden’s very responsive to all our inquiries from the start until the end of our stay. Moreover, they even allowed us to check in early! Overall, a 10/10 vacation and a 10/10 home. ⭐️

It's our 3rd time to stay in their airbnb & it's still as comfortable as it was before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Homey, safe, near to major tourist areas, a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.

A Perfect Baguio Getaway! Our stay at the Gray House in Baguio was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had an easy check-in because of the clear instructions. The house itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It felt like a true home away from home, with every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Baguio’s main attractions. Waking up to the cool mountain breeze and sipping coffee with a view was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the Gray House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Baguio!
