The apartment is excellent, well located, very good cleaning, comfortable bed, excellent linens and towels, kitchen equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The check in and check-out was quiet and uneventful. I will certainly return! As a suggestion of improvement, the maintenance of the air conditioning must be done, because although the equipment was working, it presented a permanent dripping inside the room, and it was necessary to place a bucket not to water the environment.

Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

Apartamento térreo em condomínio, muito seguro e confortável. Excelente localização, portaria 24hrs, fácil acesso, em frente à Br, próx a atacadões e supermercados. O condomínio fica quase em frente à entrada da alça viária, localizado a 30 min do centro de Belém e 20 min do aeroporto, possui uma vaga de garagem e tbm nas áreas comuns possui piscina e minimercado 24hrs. Acesso Será realizado serviço check-in através do uso de senha digital a ser enviado no dia da sua entrada, após cadastro.

COP 30 Airconditioned apartment in gated community
