My stay at Tereza's apartment was excellent. The photos match the reality, everything was clean and organized, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable apartment! A great location with supermarkets nearby and restaurants as well. The hostess is very solicitous, she answered all my messages quickly! I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back! 👏🏼✅

Sheila was very solicitous and proactive in answering all my questions and giving tips about the place (food, supermarket, transportation, etc.). The apartment was exactly like the pictures. A single suggestion would be to change the shower in the bathroom, which has a low water flow and ends up making the shower take longer. In addition, the room was comfortable with air conditioning and TV with several series available. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay (if you want to cook in the apartment), clean bathroom with towels and hygiene items! Overall, I had an excellent stay and I will definitely stay with Sheila again!

The flat is very well located, extremely clean and comfortable...! Everything is fine with the descriptions; excellent bed and pillows and sheet and silence (due to the high floor). Of course, we are in the center of Belém and at peak times, there will be a lot of traffic and a little noise, but nothing that will harm the experience! It was great to stay at this place!

From the moment I made the reservation, Mr. Maxwell and D. Carmem were very kind and helpful. Dona Carmen is a sweetheart, she called me the same day to thank me for choosing her and we talked a lot as if we were long-time friends, I felt very welcomed. The apartment is wonderful, super organized, fragrant, clean and has everything we need. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, the shower is good, everything works perfectly. I have been to Belém several times, but I have never found such a nice place and such attentive hosts as Mr. Maxwell and Dona Carmem, they are different. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'll definitely be back again! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is great, well lit, everything works perfectly, equipped kitchen and modern furniture. The mattresses are very comfortable, the showers have plenty of water and all the rooms have very effective air-conditioning. The view is spectacular. They were very attentive in meeting a few demands we had. We visit Santarém every year, we'll be back for sure.

The apartment is very well located with pharmacies, restaurants and the shopping boulevard nearby. Everything is very clean and well-equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Smart TV in the bedroom. The apartment is on the twentieth floor, which provides a great view. The condominium has a self-service convenience store that helps a lot.

Next to the mall, gym and laundry. Excellent local.

Extremely new apartment. spotless daily cleaning. Windows and doors don't let any outside noise go through. Blackout curtains allow you to sleep until later. Very attentive GAV Resorts staff. Ease of being answered by Lucyvaldo. In short, I will be back soon and it will be in the same Apartment with Lucyvaldo de Host.

We had a little difficulty locating it, because the location was wrong in Maps, but Cristiane responded quickly and we were able to locate it. Very cozy apartment and everything very clean, super recommended.

Well laid-out studio with comfortable couch, very nice bed, excellent TV. The Radisson is in the center of Belém so extremely close to all amenities. This rental does NOT include hotel breakfast nor underground parking - both of which are available for a fee. The rooftop pool is pretty cool!

The cost benefit was well worth it, the flat is great, everything exactly as described. Super close to Atalaia beach, by car and by the shortcut street it takes around 7 min. Everything was excellent!

The stay at Marielle's apartment was excellent! The building has several amenities. It is well located, easy to access and the building staff is very helpful. In addition, the food and place tips were excellent.
