This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Great value at a great location, perfect for food lovers. There is a lady that selling fruits near by in the early morning hours, great fruits great deals. BichNgoc is very quick in response to my requests.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

10 minutes from the airport in a non touristic neighbourhood

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City! The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from strong Wi-Fi to air conditioning and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, close to great local cafes, markets, and major attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and safe. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, whether you’re here for work or exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a short but pleasant stay here which is conveniently located nearby the airport for my domestic trip in VN. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a hospitable and friendly host who helped me check in with ease. The room and services available was as described in the listing and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place not too far from the airport and city.

Great little room above a coffee shop. 15 minute taxi journey away from downtown town and 10 min walk to the crazy “Walking Street”. Recommend.

Absolutely loved my 2 weeks stay here! This high-quality 1-bedroom condo exceeded all my expectations. The cleaning lady came every other day and incredibly thorough — the place was always spotless. The building itself is very new, and the room had great air circulation, which made it extra comfortable. The walls and windows are well soundproofed so its quiet and peaceful both day and night. There’s a big smart TV where I easily connected my Netflix and YouTube, a spacious dining table, and a super comfy sofa set. The kitchen was fully equipped and worked like a charm; I cooked daily without a hitch. The beautiful café "Beanthere" is literally next door, and there are plenty of other cafés and restaurants on the same block with river view. Plus, Bui Vien Walking Street and some tourist spots are a 25–30 minute walk away, perfect for my touristy nights out. The host/staff were very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this place! I'd return in a heartbeat. 🌟

Clean and stylish space, everything for guests is bent

This was my third stay at The Manor and the best flat so far. It's on the third floor, so you don't have any real views, but it's cosy and quiet. We really enjoyed staying there.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, 7/11, making it super easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication a breeze. Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

The room was nice. The internet was stable most of the time. Large parking area. I was satisfied with the place overall. My only disappointment was the room they gave me was different than in the pictures.

I've been to several airbnbs now and I've never been greeted so kindly and got so many suggestions and hints. It was also so clean that I was happy to use the kitchen and could also ask for new things at any time. I was also positively surprised that I was able to do my laundry for free and even got laundry detergent. With the small desk with bright light, I was also able to continue to work perfectly on my private belongings. I would have loved to spend my time there longer. I'd love to come back :)

Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)
