The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. The accommodation was tidy and quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay.

Great place to stay for singles. Many attractions, restaurants and bars are within 15 mins drive or walking distance. Very close to party area of the city. Host was great and very responsive and also flexible. Place was very neat and clean and the shower on the top floor and the covered balcony area and tv area are spacious to accommodate small group of people. We had a great time during our stay!

The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

Area is nice and still developing. Just a 5 minute drive from the heart of district one. Place is nice, modern, and secure.

We stayed in this apartment several times during a long trip to Vietnam and felt very much at home every time. The apartment has lots of light with large windows on two sides, the bed is very comfy and we liked the view. It is also exceptionally clean and cleaning service was provided during our stay. We also enjoyed the area, close to the river for evening walks and with lots of restaurants in walking distance or easily reachable by Grab. Any and Tien were very responsive to any questions we had, provided great recommendations for food in the area and were flexible about check in and check out times. Thanks a lot and we hope to be back soon!

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

It was really great time to stay in David Tran’s residence. So clean and cozy. I recommend to stay his residence and I am definitely come back his residence next time.

This is a really special place to stay, less like a hotel or a condo, and more like a homestay with a friend. The unit itself has some really thoughtful details that make it especially great, like power strips, blackout sliders built into the windows and door, and a comfy cushion you can put under your knees in bed or snuggle against if you’re a side sleeper. The unit is down an alley and up a flight of stairs, right next to a massage studio that closes in the early evening. So, even though it’s in a busy neighborhood, it’s still quite peaceful. The shared kitchen outside is a gorgeous garden space where you’ll just want to hang out and chat with Tram and other guests, and it’s especially magic on a rainy day. Tram himself is a treat to chat with, and loves sharing both stories and homemade food with his guests. And on weekends, the landlord, who used to own a cafe in the space Tram converted into this unit, stops by to make coffee for everyone! This is just a great place to stay.

Staying at Tien & Any's place was nothing short of exemplary. Clear check-in instructions and the place was tucked away from the loud streets. Very peaceful and still close enough to all major attractions. Tien & Any were very responsive and are great hosts. 10/10 strong recommendation and would definitely stay here again if I'm in HCMC. Annie's place is cleaned and in a very convenient apartment complex. It's also walkable to D1 and the city center while remaining on the quieter side of the river. I recommend staying here!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. All instructions were very clear, the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, and the stay was seamless and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

As always we love staying at Kim’s everything is perfect when we come there. Was a great stay again, thanks Kim.
