We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting until midnight to welcome us after our flight was delayed. The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved looking out over the river and watching all the lively celebrations—it made our stay even more special!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

the place was central to all the tourist places, big apartment, pool and gym were decent. we will be back here. Khue was responsive regarding lost card and local places to eat.

호치민에서 아름다운 야경과 안전하고 깨끗한 훌륭한 숙소를 찾고계신다면 이곳을 강추합니다. 아직 건물이 많이 들어서지 않았지만, 주변에 7시부터 운영하는 커피,아침식사,저녁에 이용가능한 바등 원하는 곳은 도보로 이동가능하고 모든 유명한 장소,맛집까지 그랩으로 10-15분이면 도착 가능합니다 또한 ,무엇보다 숙소는 사진과 똑같았고, 주변이 조용해서 잠도 푹잘수있고, 아침 조깅하는 분들도 많고 구획이 잘 정리되어 있어서 산책하기도 좋아요~ 세탁기, 스타일러, 인덕션등 모든것이 완벽하고, 레지던스 자체에 커뮤니티도 잘되어있으며, 음식주문도 쉽고 빨랐어요~ 제일 중요한건 호스트와의 소통인데, 제가 너무 급한 마음에 이른 새벽에 소통을 한적도 있는데,쉬는 날임에도 불구하고 빠른 대답과 처리를 해주셔서 너무너무 감사했어요. 이곳이 정말 넘 귀하고 상상이상으로 좋아서 저만 알고 싶은 욕심도 살짝 있지만, 호치민 여행을 계획하는 분들이 있으시다면 이곳을 꼭 방문해 보시길 바라는 마음으로 후기를 작성합니다. 저도 담에 다시 이곳으로 갈꺼에요!

Kim’s home was the most beautiful and relaxing place I have stayed in. We was made to feel so welcome with our late check in and our late check out. The home itself was absolutely beautiful very clean and a lot of brilliant extras they have put in aswell, I really recommend this property to anyone who loves the city however likes to be nice and peaceful 🫶🏼 Kim I will be returning! 🤍

Amazing location to stay. 5 minutes of taxi and cabs to get to all party spots or restaurants of district 1. Beautiful views. Helpful and fast response staff that answer and help with any questions. Downstair is river walking streets to enjoy fresh air at night. River walking street downstair is Young people spots hang out at night. Staff and host treats you respectfully, you will feel right at home and luxury in this place.

Wunderschöne, moderne Luxuswohnung mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die “Ba Son” Brücke und die Skyline. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, ruhig und kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten und Spazierwegen in der Umgebung. Top Lage – sowohl Distrikt 1 als auch 2 sind schnell erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Schwimmbad war leider nicht nutzbar, obwohl es auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Trotzdem ein absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

Vey nice house and I love it

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

Host is super friendly and very helpful and always quick on queries and response. Had a great time here and enjoyed a lot

The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!
