This place was exactly as described and location is great. We came in a heat wave and ac worked well. Had to drop the temp to get upstairs where our baby was sleeping cold enough but it didn't take long for that to happen. The primary bedroom was comfortable, but we both found the bed in the bedroom directly across from the primary wasn't too comfortable. woke up with back pain the night I slept in this one. we didn't use the 3rd bed so can't comment. we didn't use the sandbanks passes (too hot) but I assume that's a nice bonus. would still stay here again!

Tracey & Rodney were great hosts only matched by their charming home and surroundings! I would rate 6 stars if I could - highly recommended. Useful details for others: - Plenty of free street parking - Well stocked grocery across the street - West facing water and sunset view - Minimal street noise - Fast, reliable internet

Beautiful location in the country side. Close to Cobourg with its beach and restaurants. We will stay again the next time we go.

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time exploring Prince Edward County. The house was clean and spacious, and check-in was easy. Overall, a great experience!

Fantastic location, stunning property. We really enjoyed our girls weekend at Jay’s. It was exactly as described and the house was beautifully designed and for the most part, very well-maintained despite being in the country. It’s not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. We had a hiccup in the beginning of our stay, but Jay is a masterclass in hospitality and used it as an opportunity to really turn things around for us. Jay is responsive and efficient and as guests we really appreciated that. We hope to be back!

Excellent accommodation!!-- Not only is the place charming and well furnished, the amenities and attention to detail is superb! The host is incredibly friendly but also provides privacy, the instructions are clear and concise, and the inclusion of the Parks Pass is such a perk! Walking distance to downtown shopping, beaches, historic sites, and nightlife. Well worth the trip.

We stayed at the Marmora Retreat this past weekend with 16 girls and could not have had a better time! The property is beautiful, including a large deck with tons of space to play games and chill in the nice weather. Despite it raining for half of our weekend, the house's layout provided a lot of space for us to play games, relax, cook, and enjoy each other's company. The beds were super comfortable, and we all departed feeling refreshed after a weekend full of laughs. We are already talking about returning for another weekend during the summer to take advantage of the pool! We highly recommend the Marmora Retreat, and thank you so much, Brendan, for providing a space for all of us to get together comfortably!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan & Craig’s cottage by Rice Lake! The place was peaceful, clean, and beautifully located—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was getting early access to their lovely pool, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more enjoyable. Susan & Craig were kind and responsive hosts, and their attention to detail really showed. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again!

We had a great stay at the Addison Farmhouse for my bachelorette weekend! Check-in was super easy, and the host provided clear instructions. The house looked just like the photos—spacious, charming, and perfect for a group getaway. Everything was pretty clean and well-kept, which made settling in really comfortable. Would definitely recommend this spot for a fun and relaxed weekend with friends!

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away into nature and have a wonderful cottage weekend! The pool was obviously a highlight, along with all the games in the cottage itself. Bertrand was always quick to answer and was great to deal with no matter the questions we had for him. The amenities in the cottage were great, barely had to bring anything other than clothes and food. Would love to return.

Lovely stay with everything you’d need. Photos accurate and the rooms were nice and clean. Very quiet and a lovely tranquil backyard and fire pit area to enjoy nature. We didn’t swim in the gorgeous pool or use the hot tub but are hoping to the next time we stay. Definitely recommend this spot! The hosts were very response and accommodating. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Michele’s beautiful home! The house itself was great; clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was extremely peaceful and nice, with a large pool, patio, hot tub and barbecue for us to use. I’d highly recommend staying here for anyone looking in the area!

Laura and Dale's Cottage was such a cozy, sunny, beautiful place nestled in a wooded lot right on the water front. We spent a week there in October and loved the wood fireplace and warmth that the cottage brought. The kitchen was charming with lots of well placed windows. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The board games were nostalgic and fun to play. The bed and bedding was so comfy and perfect for reading in the mornings. The view from the bedroom window was otherworldly especially the full moon coming across the water and the Autumn leaves were spectacularly gorgeous! We cant say enough about this place. We highly recommend it and we hope to return again.

the place was quaint and small but perfect for a getaway. The bed was amazing, the sauna was refreshing and we loved the fire pit!

We enjoyed our stay at Bibin's place. His communication was good and even gave us an early check in. The house is exceptionally clean with modern decor. I loved the hardwood floors. The wifi was fast and cable TV worked well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The air conditioning was perfect during a hot spell. The neighborhood is an established one and very quiet. I enjoyed many early morning and late night walks with our dog, admiring the flowers in many of the yards. Bibin left us eggs, bread, coffee and fruits which was a delightful touch! While the downstairs is rented out (shared driveway), the occupants were quiet. Overall we would not hesitate to book Bibin's airbnb again.

Sharon and Kaitlyn were so lovely and helpful and the hiking around Belleville is beautiful! They were so kind to send lots of tips. They obviously enjoy hosting. When we got locked out by accident they helped out immediately. Would love to stay with Sharon and Kaitlyn again!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Guest House! From the chic decor, to the zen garden to the perfect location, everyone was memorable. Our kids kept calling it the fairy house because it was so magical.
