Bryan’s place was awesome. It was a very clean house with a brand new basement. It’s perfect if you’re planning for a short visit in Kingston, I really recommend Brian’s home.

We loved our stay! Great location, close drive to food, vineyards, and more. Amazing perk to get access to the Sandbanks pass. Lots of space in the unit as well. We hope to stay again in the future.

A beautifully redone apartment with historical charm. Nicole has given attention to every detail with many thoughtful touches. Kurt is a very helpful and responsive host. This really stood out for us during our stay and made us feel very much at home. Comfy bed, great shower and the kitchen has everything for eating in. The outdoor garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day exploring Kingston. Thank you Kurt and Nicole.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their lightning-fast responses made communication effortless and reassuring. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, completely hassle-free. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We enjoyed our stay at Bibin's place. His communication was good and even gave us an early check in. The house is exceptionally clean with modern decor. I loved the hardwood floors. The wifi was fast and cable TV worked well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The air conditioning was perfect during a hot spell. The neighborhood is an established one and very quiet. I enjoyed many early morning and late night walks with our dog, admiring the flowers in many of the yards. Bibin left us eggs, bread, coffee and fruits which was a delightful touch! While the downstairs is rented out (shared driveway), the occupants were quiet. Overall we would not hesitate to book Bibin's airbnb again.

Nicole was a wonderful host, always available and responded within an hour at any time of the day. Nice and peaceful basement apartment, no disturbances, allowing us to feel right at home. Thank you once and Nicole and family! we will definitely book again! :)

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

Nice and clean and well equipped. Great location. House was on the smaller side but adequate for 2 or 4 people. Lots of little extras included... Coffee, shampoo etc. Would not recommend this house for older people or children due to the steep stairs but otherwise lovely home. Would return!

We stayed at Erica’s place for my friend’s bachelorette and it exceeded all expectations. The outdoor space is what truly makes this accommodation worth while - with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a spectacular view to top it all off. We were lucky to have a beautiful weekend of weather and got to make the most of it. Inside the kitchen had everything appliance you could need to whip up a great meal overall and the space more than met our needs as a group of 7. Erica’s communication was top notch and she even approved a last minute early check-in request for our group. :) 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay at Jimmy’s place was fantastic! The place is huge and is very well setup. Jimmy is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a perfect getaway.

Great place to stay in Kingston. You can walk easily to downtown and to Queen’s University. Bus stops are close as well. The apartment was great, the beds were really comfortable and the space was really taken well care of.

When we arrived very easy, the place was ready earlier, which we enjoyed. Even better than the photos.

Our stay was short but it was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding and Chris worked with us for timing of checking in. He was super helpful with any questions we had and always friendly. Thanks for the great stay!

Had a great stay! The hot tub was a fantastic addition, and the place was cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent — close to the lake and downtown, making it super convenient. Nicole was kind enough to let us check out a bit later, which was much appreciated. However, we could hear people walking around above us, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, a nice spot with potential for some improvements.

The place was perfect for the 3 of us as abase for birding at Presqu'ile. It was simple, uncluttered and clean with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jason was friendly and helpful. He checked in with us several times to make sure we got in, and even sent someone over with a key for the locker so we could store our bicycles. He provided good suggestions on activities and restaurants too. We had a great stay. Outstanding service. Thanks Jason!

Jay was an amazing host! We was Very accommodating to our earlier arrival. When we got there we had WiFi issues and he said someone over immediately to fix it. The home is SUPER clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jay's communication is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We will be back soon. Thank you for making our weekend 100% better 😊
