Beautiful studio. Downtown, bright and cozy

Ideally located in Châtel Guyon, the Grand Hotel residence is in the heart of the city, 200 m from the Thermal Baths, close to shops and restaurants and opposite the Place du Théâtre, the Casino and the Thermal Park. The apartment has been classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation since its total renovation last year. It is located on the 3rd floor out of 5 with elevators, overlooking Place Brosson and the Thermal Park. A private parking space is at the back of the building.

Nice studio, non-smoking, in a quiet and secure residence located 200 from the center, 10/12 minutes walk from the Thermal Resort, close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher, restaurants...), swimming pool.
