Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Cottage near Vichy for 6/8 people, swimming pool

Tastefully renovated cottage close to Vichy, the queen of water, a UNESCO-listed city, and plenty of hiking trails. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Panoramic view of the Chaîne des Puys. You will have access to the private pond and you can take the children to see the animals of the stud farm. We prefer a family clientele more suited to the place. You'll also have the option to come with your horse or pony. Boxes and paddocks are available

The small paddock

In the heart of our racehorse training center, you will find your little cocoon with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This accommodation has been completely refurbished and has quality bedding with a 160 bed and a 90 cm bed in the mezzanine bedroom. The living room consists of a premium 160 sofa bed. A staircase (miller's ladder type) provides access to the bedroom (see photo) No parties can be organized on site, as peace and quiet is our best friend 😉

BARN - Self contained- Le Soleil has private entrance into kitchen/dining area. Leading into comfortable area for 4 people to relax. On the first floor are two bedrooms : La Lune offers a king size bed (152 x 190) and private shower and toilet facilities (sleeps 2). Le Ciel offers twin beds, with private shower and toilet facilities and can sleep 2 people. Bedding and bathroom towels are included A 7kw charge point is available for guests using e-cars

Le Petit Moulin "Quiet and Spacious"

In a green setting, 20 minutes from Vichy, the small Moulin gîte will be your cocoon for your relaxing stay Small slice of heaven in the countryside. Very quiet and refurbished. A private pool, salt water, heated, open from April 15 to October 30. (under parental supervision) The pool is maintained by the owner, and must be analyzed. Closed on Sundays for important disinfection maintenance. Reservation from Saturday to Saturday, I am present on weekends

The residence does not have an elevator. ⚠️ Unfortunately, due to a change of service provider for the maintenance of the pool, it will unfortunately not open until July ⚠️
