We had a great stay! Easy check in, great communication, lovely accommodations and amenities, and so close to the beach!

Ashley has a great spot!! Very fun and comfortable, perfect location for an easy drive to the beach or downtown. We’d stay again!

Everything was great during our stay. Comfy bed. They don’t have any stainless steel pans (if you’re into clean cooking) but everything else was amazing. Lots of things stocked to make vacation even more convenient.

The house is very nice, everything was very clean. We appreciate being able to check in earlier. It’s a very quiet, comfortable, and safe space. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Cleveland’s home. It was the perfect distance to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where our child was enrolled for a week of summer camp. The kids enjoyed unwinding in the pool at the end of the day and we found that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

The BEST air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive. The space looks EXACTLY like the photos (better even)!! We all had the most amazing time. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The backyard was secure and a great space to relax and let the dogs hang. Close to everything! Super super clean! Everything was better than expected. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

I stayed here with me and my family . It was a great comfortable stay ! Kids had a great time in the pool they give plenty of towels and linens to use. Felt like home

My family and I had a wonderful week here! We loved the pool and ping pong table! There were fun games and plenty of places to chill out. The area was very nice and not too far from beaches (15-20 min away). We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

I needed a place for a night & I’m in honestly sad it was only one night because I immediately felt right at home. Pictures don’t do this place justice! It was so clean, beautiful & my main concern traveling by myself as a woman, SAFE! I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a really long time. She was so responsive & gave super clear instructions, it was perfect & I’m going to remember this hidden gem the next time I’m in town so I can stay longer 💛

This house was perfect for our vacation. Location was very convenient, close to everything, walking distance to the beach and playground. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Rooms were clean and had what we needed. We come to this area every year and would stay again.

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed and kitted house right next to the incredible Indian Rocks Beach. The place had everything you need to make for an incredible beach stay, with a fun pool area with plenty of seating and shade. Jess was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would have loved to stay there longer! I would highly recommend for others.

Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

Walking distance to a direct entrance to the beach. No more than 2 blocks away. Very peaceful, clean and beachy. Just what we needed. The place was clean and very cozy. Couldn't ask for more. Very happy with our stay.

The Home was just as described. We throughly enjoyed swimming in the pool every day! The home's proximity is perfect as you're close to town for shopping and eating out, but also minutes away from the beach! We loved that the home was 1 level making it perfect for my elderly parents. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and the flexibility of booking during the week and not just Saturday to Saturday was great for our schedule. We enjoyed lunch at PJ'S Oyster Bar and Guppy's. Were able to have pizza delivered from Super Sardo's as well! The Botanical Gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed playing golf in Largo just down the road. The pool table was great and we enjoyed many nights of card playing at the dining table. It was convenient to have Smart TV's in every room as well as outside on the covered lanai. The lanai was perfect for reading a book with a cold beverage right from the outdoor fridge! Any questions we had were answered promptly by Danielle and always with resolution!

We were looking for a cute and convenient place for our daughter’s graduation gift; a place where we could literally walk out the front door and be at the beach. This place was it! Place was clean, had all the amenities and literally steps to the beach. Lots of walkable attractions (Grove Cafe, 2 ice cream shops, restaurants, etc). Katie was super responsive to messages and so nice! I’d recommend this place for sure! My daughter was so happy, it was the perfect gift. Thank you Katie!😊😊😊☀️☀️

Long before we arrived, the experience was already excellent. He is a responsive, clear communicator and accommodating where he can be. He made sure we were provided a golf cart as in the description even though the one there was out of commission. This was orchestrated before our arrival so we never went a day without. He had a big list of restaurants for us and was readily available anytime we needed. The house was immaculate. The dipping pool is perfect to cool off when not at the beach. Large, well stocked kitchen. This was our peaceful sanctuary after a long day out and about. We took advantage of restaurants and putt-putt near by. Very walkable location to the beach/places to grab food and drinks. The house and location were perfect for our multifamily vacation! There are plenty of beautiful houses at the beach, but your host can make or break an experience. We are very thankful we booked with Kurt and Sandra. We’re grateful they shared their space with us and hope to return!

I had a great experience. It was everything I had imagined when booking. The home was very clean, peaceful, and full of fun things to do. Guy was a phenomenal host. He had great customer service. Best experience!!!

From check-in to check-out, Liz and E were incredible. They were so easy to get in touch with and always responded and resolved anything needing to be resolved, which wasn't much of anything! They're salt of the Earth people and deserve the best review possible. The place was so clean and so modern. It smelled like the beach the entire time we stayed there. My five year old loved chasing and catching the little baby lizards everywhere in Florida. It was nice all the amenities and extra beach stuff there was. From towels, to snorkel gear for the little one, to an umbrella even for the beach. Everything at their Airbnb was exceptional and we've decided we will not stay anywhere else. There was also smart TVs in every room bedrooms and living room. I loved the sun room and their laundry set up. I would give this Airbnb and the amazing hosts a 10 out of 10. It's affordable and close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The golf cart was an amazing addition as there are many places to eat in driving distance to the house. Jarrett was very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

5 star location. 5 star responsiveness. 4 star lodging. Definite repeat. You simply cannot beat the view and the beach access here. Having coffee on the beach in the morning and watching sunsets with your toes in the sand is 5 stars every day. The house was very clean and met our needs, but could be improved. The master bedroom is the hottest room of the house. Even turning the air down it remains stuffy. You cannot close the door or you overheat. All of the pillows are flat and hard, clearly old. The house is actually separated into 2 buildings. This is not made clear in the listing and you have to find it on your own. Additional lighting like a simple string of lights wrapped around the back deck at night would go a long way towards ambience. Towels are provided and are clean, but smell very strongly of bleach and are very small and thin towels. Last, the instructions for parking and finding the home are not clear. No deal breakers. We would stay here again in a second. Enjoy!

We had the absolute best time staying at Jenny & Kenny’s home. It was a gorgeous home with plenty of amenities. The pool was absolutely perfect! We are very sad to leave.

We had a wonderful week at Natalie and Tony’s home! Everything was clean and the house was nicely decorated. While it could use some updating, I enjoyed the 70s vibe in the decor. Check in was a breeze and communication was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. The house was well equipped with essentials, even coffee pods which was very much appreciated on arrival. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was good and air conditioning worked great. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!
