+ Clean, beautiful, well arranged and equipped accommodation, enjoyed a large area, 30 min walk to the beach. Aquatic area at the top. - lack of a pancake pan and cooking utensils to avoid missing the pans. Great stay, the whole family was happy. To be redone 😉

Very beautiful house with large spacious bedrooms that have their own bathroom. The common room is large too. The house is not easy to find in the countryside of Carnac and landlocked between several houses. In the absence of lively outings on Carnac Plage (3km away), there is a nightclub not far away. Ideal for a rather relaxing and sunny weekend.

From the time of booking the accommodation, Ludivine lived up to our expectations: very responsive, available, kind and very accommodating (very flexible check-out time, we were able to enjoy the house all Sunday afternoon). Perfect house to stay on Belle Île. We really enjoyed being able to enjoy the garden and the terrace, all in absolute peace and quiet! The house is very well equipped.

Very good stay! If you want to get around, plan to take bikes that you can take to Locmaria!

Isabelle is discreet and gives good advice. We enjoyed the multitude of books and comics that enhanced our evenings after the hikes. The mezzanine bedroom is very cozy and warmer than the ground floor. Isabelle lent us 2 bikes that allowed us to reach the port of Sauzon very easily. I recommend the Abri Côtier restaurant on the Port de Sauzon. The Kergostio bus stop is a 5-minute walk away: ideal for reaching the hiking departures. I recommend this charming house!

We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

I had a wonderful stay at Erwan's place on Île aux Moines, the view from the apartment is amazing, the large living room is extremely nice and comfortable. Erwan is very responsive and accessible. He was very accommodating for check-in.

We have been to Island for the first time and found it sooo beautiful and relaxed - even in main saison far from overcrowded. There are more bicycles than cars, beautiful hiking tracks all around the coast, lots of small and bigger beaches situated among the rocks or dunes. Morgan was the best imaginable host, made us feel so welcome and taken care of before we even got there, making our holiday even richer by pointing out local events such aus Palais pieton (once a week in summer time, really nice atmosphere, go there!). The house is beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped, even games for the children. The street passing the garden of the house is very calm and not disturbing at all. Walking distance to the best sunset spot of the island and short bike ride to the closest beach. We will be back! Thank you Morgan!

We had a very pleasant family stay in this nice, quiet and ideally located house. We particularly appreciated the environment and the immediate proximity of the Palace, shops and roads to reach all points of interest. Perfect for discovering the island.

The accommodation offered is comfortable and functional, very spacious, tastefully decorated. Lots of equipment available for cooking. We were warmly welcomed by the owner's parents because of some communication difficulties with the contact on site. The neighborhood is quiet and located 6 min by bike from the charming town of Sauzon, close to beautiful beaches and the Pointe des Poulains, 5 min walk from a bus stop. The only downside is that the wifi doesn't work in all rooms. I recommend it!

The house is perfectly equipped to ensure a pleasant stay, with neat decoration, fully equipped kitchen. The view of the Gulf was a real favorite. Communication with Lucie was always pleasant and responsive. She provided us with valuable information to explore the surroundings and discover good restaurants. In summary, our stay at Villa Balis was so memorable that we are already looking forward to returning! We highly recommend this listing as well as its attentive host.
