This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

My family and I had plenty of room to spread out when needed house was clean and spacious Jerry was friendly and responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend staying here!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location was okay. Not as close to good restaurants as I would have liked. However, National Harbor and Old Towne Alexandria just a few min drive away.

Location to Metro worked well for our adventures in WDC. Grocery available close and several easy to locate restaurants

The name says it all. This place is charming! While only a block from the Metro it is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great location: one block to Whole Foods, tons of restaurants and shops a short stroll away and a short Metro ride to the airport and DC attractions. Highly recommend!

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

We had a great one month stay! The unit was as described, with no exceptions. We enjoyed comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and a gas grill that fired up on cue every time. We spent our evenings on the front porch listening to robins and admiring the beautiful hydrangeas that were in full bloom. WIFI was excellent, with the fastest upload speeds I have ever experienced. Note that the one bathroom is up on the second floor – a minor inconvenience. The location was superb. The unit is on a quiet side street away from the bustle of King St. Yet, you’re two blocks from the King Street metro stop and three blocks from a Whole Foods. A couple of restaurants are right nearby that have attractive happy hour options. There is even free trolly service toward and from the waterfront area if the one-mile walk is too much after a long day on your feet in Washington. We would definitely stay here again!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

This was one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to each contact. I highly recommend this place!!

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

We stayed at Danielle’s place for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. Danielle’s paying attention to every detail was incredible. The apartment was comfortable, and the location is superb. The apartment and dedicated garage space were both conveniently located near the elevator, which was a nice plus. Love to stay here again during our next trips to the DC Area.

Great location! Lots of stairs, so mindful of that if you have any seniors in your group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants!

My pup and I enjoyed our stay at Maggie’s place! The fenced in yard and private parking was truly appreciated in this busy area. I loved walking to local coffee shops and stores in Old Town. Very clean and comfortable! We felt right at home!

Gina's place is both comfortable and very convenient. Short walk to Metro and access to many restaurants and services on King St. The neighborhood is dotted with many older attached homes making it a pleasure to walk around the historic district. The bedroom is well-sized and the bed is very comfortable. Despite the bathroom's small size, the shower feels spacious and Gina provides good quality towels and products. Just note that there is no kitchen but we knew that before booking. There are also many places in the area for coffee and breakfast, lunch and dinner. The space is also very quiet - affording good sleep quality. Thank you Gina for a very pleasant stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was very lovely, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty amenities. Nothing was lacking. From the kitchen supplies to snacks, coffee, and toiletries, everything was well-organized and available, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the location was perfect within walking distance to the beautiful waterfront and charming old town. Cynthia's place is exactly as described and pictures represent it well. We were celebrating many occasions with four couples and the home was perfect for a large gathering. The owner communicated well. The location was great for accessing Olde Town Alexandria as well as Mt Vernon. Very enjoyable stay.

In town for a conference and this was an easy location for commute and evening access to food, walking trails and views of the city. Would stay again!

Extremely clean and peaceful feeling Airbnb. You can tell that Carlos takes care of the property and the suite. Parking, entry, and check-in/ out were seamless. Stayed with a friend and felt very safe. Would stay here again!
