Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples and lovers of the outdoors.

With access to all of the estate facilities including outdoor pool and tennis court, the Sands golf course and clubhouse at your doorstep and the stunning Whites Beach just a 500m walk away, there’s something for everyone. We are just 5 minutes walk to the train/bus station for Melbourne City. Nearby ‘Milk Bar’, grocery and Cafes, 2 mins walk.

Complete lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please specify an approximate check-in and check-out time when booking.

Winki Inn

The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
