Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Wow. One of the best air bnbs that we have ever stayed in. The place is even better than the photos. The outside space is private with an amazing view of the lake. Laglio was a perfect place for us, quiet and authentic. We took the bus and ferries to get around as we were without a car. As long as you are organised and ready for a busy bus it’s completely doable without a car. Nico’s food recommendations were all excellent. Our favourite place was the family butchers / cafe close to the apartment. We went there nearly every day for drinks, steak, meats and cheese. We also cooked some basic meals at the apartment which we recommend as it’s a lovely space. Nico and Wendy were amazing hosts, so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this place and we are already looking at their other properties for another holiday! Book now ☺️

Vincenzo and Laura were extremely communicative with me while I booked this air bnb for my daughter as a graduation gift. I had lots of questions, and they always answered them immediately. Robyn my daughter had the following to say about them after her stay: Vincenzo and Laura were incredibly kind hosts. Not only did they answer all our questions, they also picked us up at the ferry upon arriving late into the evening. Since we were arriving late, and all the grocery stores were closed, they even helped us by arranging groceries for us to enjoy that evening, as we had been on a train all day and were very hungry. When we were out hiking, we had left our laundry to dry outside. It rained while we were gone, and we came back to find they had put our laundry under the porch cover for us! So kind! The location was awesome, so close to the water, and the little house itself was so charming and unique. We didn't want to leave! Thanks for much Vincenzo and Laura!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Lovely place and stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was beyond gorgeous.. The views were just absolutely breathtaking and it was nice to be on the local side of Lake Como.. our host made great recommendations.. and we really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. Our host was absolutely so kind and we really enjoyed meeting her.. thank you for being flexible and just a great host. We would definitely will be back.

Alexander and Sigrid are lovely and they have an amazing flat with stunning views and a 20 min walk from the train station. The flat has serene vibes and well equipped. Alexander was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and so they both are very considerate. Easy check in and check out. Super clean flat.

The airbnb was stunning! it had stunning views and everything we needed. unfortunately we had to walk up the airbnb and trust me that was not easy at all but the scenery was amazing so still worth it but keep it in mind! the host was lovely and left easy instructions

We loved staying at Alma Lake! It was quiet, clean and peaceful. The view was remarkably stunning and the porch-patio area was so nice to hang out on after a long day on lake Como. The apartment is very modern and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a huge plus. Be aware the walk from town to the apartment is uphill and steep. Overall we thought Elisabetta was kind, helpful and a gracious host.

Very well-kept and clean apartment, it has everything you need from dishes to an iron. Comfortable, perfect location to reach the center on foot but very quiet. Very comfortable bed! Thank you for your hospitality.

Annalisa’s place is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is so close to the lake, it’s very private, located on the 1st floor (2nd floor in the U.S). It has a nice balcony, close to a grocery store and a bakery downstairs. The walk to the train station was not very far. The walk to the lake was so dreamy. It’s such a beautiful area. We enjoyed it more than Varenna or Bellagio! Worth coming back to! Highly recommended!

From where to start… a friendly helpful host, he was there at the check in waiting for us even though we changed our arrival time twice due to traffic. He should us around, helped us with the heavy luggage we had, and even recommended the best restaurant we had food in bellagio. Now about the place, everything was perfect! It matched all the pictures, views were incredibly beautiful. It was cleaned all over, the washrooms even the floor didn’t feel any dust walking barefoot. A small detail made a difference to me, the shower pressure was perfect, I had bad experiences around Italy in finding really weak shower pressure but this one was clearly new and perfect. Definitely highly recommended place to stay in Bellagio.

The condo is amazing with modern amenities, and the views of Lake Como that will be forever in our heart. The local merchants are frendly, and helpful. The laundry service was excellant, and convenient while on vacation. We were able to have a small dinner party with friends on the rooftop veranda. This location was located perfectly to enjoy the near by villas and the gardens. The piazza was very close by for relaxing and people watching. The taxi services were great for some adventures to the Castle and Bellano. Fiumelatte just a short walk down the road, or longer via the Greenway. We will cherish our time spent here, and hope to return! I would highly recommend staying here!

Simply perfect! The accommodation was super clean, tastefully furnished and very cozy. The bed with topper was incredibly comfortable - I have rarely slept so well. Everything is at ground level, barrier-free and therefore also ideally suited for people with disabilities. Particularly practical: the private, protected parking space right in front of the door Host was extremely friendly and helpful The great guide folder with many personal tips, some of which I did not know despite five years of vacation on Lake Como, should be emphasized. The location is quiet, but easily accessible and easy to find. All around a great accommodation with attention to detail – I will definitely come back!

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

Giovanni was a fantastic host! He is extremely responsive, proactive and always willing to help. We had a number of questions about the area throughout our week long stay and was happy to assist however he could. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views… even better in person! There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance (the Bar across the street was particularly great for breakfast!). We would recommend having a car while you are there as the ferry service is a bit frustrating to navigate (especially as a non-local). Parking is paid during the high season, but usually easy to find a spot (there is a small lot directly across the street). Couldn’t recommend this place enough, Giovanni is a great host.
