Jane is amazing, always responding to everything in less than a minute, the place is more than amazing, clean, beatiful, keyless access, ton of amenities inside. More than 100% recommended place to be.

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

Great place for the price you pay! They were also VERY communicative which gave me and my partner a sense of security. Only thing I would say is that there’s no bathroom vent but there is a window to freshen up the smell after using the toilet, so if you use it you may want to bring extra toilet spray or use their febreze. I would definitely come back!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay! We love traveling downtown, and this place was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to returning hopefully on a Tuesday and would appreciate it if a discount could be considered. Thank you!

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. The check-in process was smooth, and the apartment was clean. Host was responsive. The place was very comfortable, that we didn't want to even leave to do the things we actually went to do in Houston.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Clean modern apartment on a quiet street in the charming Houston Heights historic neighborhood. Many coffee shops and cafes a short walk away. Away from the mega-city hustle and bustle, but still convenient to the downtown and museum district, if you have a car and don’t mind road construction! We were there 11 nights and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of beds to fit our group comfortably! We loved the pool and enclosed backyard. Loved the landscaping. My kids loved the pool table. The layout of the house was great! The host was very easy to get ahold of and communicated with us quickly. When we arrived there was an odd smell in the home, which we communicated right away. The host responded with understanding and had it addressed as soon as she could. The house was a perfect fit for our large group with a wide range of children (4-17).

Such a great experience! Host was extremely friendly and replied back quickly. Place was exactly as described in the photos very clean and easy to find. My children enjoyed the aesthetics of the home as well as the spacious yard in the back! Felt just like home. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Houston area!

Enjoyed everything about my stay from start to finish. So close to everything that I needed to get to from the unit, it was perfect for 2 people to stay. It was easy to find, and when I needed to get in contact with host, he was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here next time in Houston.

Patrica was very friendly and responsive. The location was great for me, the area was quiet, aesthetically the area is just ok in my opinion. However, it was clean and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again. I asked Patrica for a pillow topper for the mattress, because it was a little too hard for me. The next day there was an Amazon package at the door with a pillow topper in it. It made the bed quite comfy!

I stay in Houston for 2.5 weeks every June.... And, this is my SECOND time staying at Brent's. That right there, says it all. I have stayed at five or more AirBNBs within a block of Brent's, and NO COMPARISON. None! And, a walk-in huge shower. Kitchen and bath are recently updated with brand new cabinets and granite countertops. Brent's place feels fresh, and updated. I am already getting ready to book his place when I'm back for my clients Christmas Party. Did it cost more, yes, and worth it! His cleaning crew has, eyeballs. Sounds funny, but what should be clean, is freaking clean. Like air return vents in the bathroom, the part of the fridge shelves that are between the glass shelf and the plastic drawer that is mounted to the bottom of it. Yes. those come off and clip back in, so they can be cleaned. Don't ask why I say these things, but I say them from experience. So, to sum up, book with Bent. Trust me.
