House holiday rentals in Bellaire

Ive rented alot of air bnbs over the years. So far? This has been the best experience ive had. The house was amazing. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Super well stocked with amenities that most places dont provide. Jennifer is super easy to communicate with and get ahold of. We will be back next year:)

Chelsea was so responsive, helpful and thoughtful of us and our celebration. The house was a perfect location and size for our large group. The pool access was amazing for swiming, relaxing and amazing views!

This is a beautiful home that worked well for our family. The two bedrooms and rec area downstairs was perfect for my daughter and her family. The two bedrooms on one side upstairs gave my son and his wife privacy. I broke my knee 2 weeks before our reservation. So the open concept was a life saver. The bath in the primary bedroom was accessible. It's one of those with no door, which I normally do not like. But that meant my wheelchair fit easily. The only thing hard for the wheelchair was the carpet in the bedroom. And, of course the steps leading into the house. It was cold the first day. We had a problem adjusting the thermostat. My husband contacted Elizabeth and she responded right away. We still had problems regulating the heat and air, but that was probably on us. My daughter took her family to the indoor pool. She found the pool pass easily, but an address for the GPS would have been helpful. But they found it in the end and the kids had a great time!

This was our second time staying at Ladonna’s home. Very clean and comfortable and would stay again.

Beautiful home, comfortable for a large group with lots of bed and lounging spaces. Ryan was a very responsive, friendly, and helpful host! We are in Bellaire often and would stay here again.

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

We had a great stay this weekend! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook and hang out as a group. We especially appreciated the outdoor space—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

The place was great — super close to downtown Bellaire! Only thing was sometimes the gps on Apple Maps would take you to a completely different location and it was tricky to find when it was dark outside. Other than that it was a great place with lots of room for our group!

We stayed here for 6 days. 4 adults, three kids. The house is as pictured. It has plenty of sleeping space, living area was large enough for all of us to hang out during the rain. The house itself is very clean, insanely well organized and equipped, and great views of the lake from almost everywhere. The front yard and dock were a great place to relax and go for a dip. The sunsets are beautiful as described. The house is tucked in down a small road but enough to be away from the street noise. For walkers/runners/bikers, the roads are beautiful rolling hills with barely any cars (just cross the main street to the other side of the hill and go up the side streets). A great rental boat place is half a mile than the road, we rented a boat for two days and made our way down to the sand dunes. We loved the house, the location and all the little towns. The side yard is safe and quite for kids to roam around. And the owners are very responsive and informative. We will be back for sure.

This cabin was the perfect peaceful escape! Tucked away on a quiet, wooded lot, it felt private and cozy but was still close to everything we needed. The firepit was a highlight—we spent evenings relaxing under the stars. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Absolutely beautiful house and surrounding setting. Looks just like the photos.

I was incredibly happy with our stay here and felt right at home. This might sound silly, but I love that they leave all of their cleaning supplies there so I could clean and vacuum throughout the week. I also loved how there was a closet with hangers, empty dressers, and a clothes hamper. I didn't have to feel like I was living out of my suitcase. I loved the design of the house, especially the kitchen. It's what really set this home apart from others for me. We brought our own paddle boards but the water was still pretty cold, so we opted to use the kayaks Brandi provided instead. We so appreciated that and it was such a short drive to the water! I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was as described, clean, and comfortable! We had two young kids and there were plenty of toys for them to enjoy. We didn’t bring our dog but the house was a welcoming spot for dogs for sure! The house had absolutely everything you may need. We enjoyed all the local Bellaire hot spots, rented a pontoon for the day on Torch Lake, and really enjoyed the Grass River Nature Area. We can’t wait to be back!

We had a great stay at Jason’s home. Lake was wonderful, fire was lovely, home was clean and there was plenty to do. We would stay again!!

Sarah was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She even checked in on us one night to make sure we knew how to turn the heat on. (Very sweet!) The cottage is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a long weekend. We enjoyed the fire-pit and board games! The area is gorgeous, with quick access to Traverse, Petosky, and Charlevoix. We saw lots of deer, bunnies, and squirrels, and the leaves were absolutely gorgeous! This is a GREAT little hideaway! We’d definitely come back! Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us! We appreciate you!

We had 6 adults and 5 children (ages 6 years to 6 months) and there was plenty of room for us all. Loved having the different levels and the fire pit so that while the kids slept, we were still able to hang out! Great location, very easy drive to Bellaire and even Cheboygan. Would highly recommend if looking for a trip with family and or some littles! Debbie was great with communication and answered any questions I had as well! Very clean house too!

We didn't realize we were on a golf course when we booked but that turned into a beautiful bonus. The view was spectacular from the back patio and the abundance of trees and greenery seemed to go on for miles and the view of the lake was calming. The "golf channel" was on from morning to dusk with an occasional swear coming through the trees. And the frequent doe and fawn sightings were always an exciting experience. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The A/C worked great. The beds were a little firm for me but my husband and the other couple found them very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for four showers everyday. We had a wonderful week. The best part was the quiet. Rarely did we hear car noise. I would recommend this condo for two couples. Plenty of space.

This home was absolutely perfect for our lake getaway! Beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The views were stunning and the location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. House is on three levels so it offers a lot of privacy. Having three showers on three different floors is great for big groups. There are a LOT of steps at this house - we are all in good shape so it wasn't an issue but that is something to consider. We had so much snow we had to shovel constantly both steps and driveway. Thankfully owner provided shovels and ice melt. The house is great and even had a pancake griddle! Driveway is very steep and was difficult for the one family that didn't have four wheel/AWD drive to get up. That is another thing to keep in mind during winter months - this was an epic year for snow! Schuss has had 156 inches and counting! Great house - great location - great amenities - great host. Thanks for the memories!
