Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Belize

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. It’s a modern and clean space with ice cold A/C and a solid Internet connection. Centrally located just steps from the Placencia sidewalk means short walks to Placencia Beach Club (they have a well-groomed beach area and pool), Barefoot, Tipsy Tuna and so much more. There’s a grocery store just a few steps away. The hosts are super responsive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others without reservation.

Very nice place that we easy walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and were incredibly impressed with the service as well as the value.

We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. the host and staff were great. They were able to accommodate all our needs. It was peaceful but if you wanted lively you didn't have far to go. if you like beach life it was pretty prefect!

Tyra who worked the front desk was amazing. The location to the beach and reataurants, bank, market, shops was excellent. Our place was clean and perfect for our stay. Rodney answered all my questions.

Pictures are accurate. Nothing but sand between you and the water. Apartment is on second floor with huge porch, hence the amazing view. Rooftop deck too. First floor has two small units and office. Huge sandy back yard and beach is a mix of shade and sun. hammock, lounge chairs, cabana, picnic table, kayaks, bikes, paddle boards for use. Grounds team keeps the sand spotless. On site staff super helpful. Like being at a private resort but for just a handful of people. Unit has full kitchen, but doesn’t seem people actually cook much (no spices or oil) but there are knives, cutting board etc. Drinking water provided. Three bathrooms and AC in each BR and LR kept it very comfortable even in sweltering heat. One bed very firm, others on the firmer side. Very quiet location. There is one expat/tourist bar on the corner and one a short walk. we mostly went to places down the peninsula. Taxi into town is about BZ$30. Biking is 3miles along the edge of the road. 15-25 min depending

Had an amazing time in Belize, thanks in no small part to Jacki. She helped book excursions, had incredible recommendations, and was so kind and welcoming. Probably the best Airbnb host I’ve seen. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Jacki is a wealth of knowledge that knows everyone. She helped with where to eat and making excursion plans. The location is north of the village (4 minute walk) or faster with the free bikes!! It’s peaceful and she also has a pool in the back!! Our apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed from a stove, fridge, coffee maker (she supplied coffee). One day she baked us some brownies for our morning excursion YUMMY!!! I enjoyed talking to her family on the top porch and learned about the local schools and other jobs. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s very close to the Beach Club which was a very relaxing day. I can’t say enough kind words about Jacki and her hospitality. We felt more like family than a couple on vacation!!!!! Thank you Jacki for the lifelong memories made at your place and we will see you again!!!!!!!

Stayed at Rodney’s once years ago with family. It was great then and just as great now. Everyone on site is super helpful. I’ve been coming to the village for years and this location is perfect. Walk to a coffee shop with amazing food and other bar restaurants within minutes. In some cases less than a minute. Would absolutely stay here again. As I have in the past!

We had a wonderful time at Judy’s guest house. The home was better than described, with each of the bedrooms set up as private apartments. We were able to unlock the connecting doors for a whole home feel, but everyone still had their privacy. The kitchens and bathrooms were clean and well appointed with thoughtful extras like coffee, filtered water and q-tips. There were bicycles, beach towels, and even a small cooler we could borrow. Great walkability to many local restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend.
