Cozy Jungle Cabin, Hopkins Village

We had an amazing stay in the cabin! It is in a very peaceful area and the cabin itself is beautiful and pretty well sealed. It is a 5 minute drive to Hopkins. Definitely recommend!

Hawk's Nest - the way to relax - cabin # 2

AnnaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We enjoyed our stay in Dena's place. She always reacted fast when we had questions. The cabin had everything we needed. Water pressure could be better but we managed. It is away from the city center so the bikes that come with the cabin are very handy. There is a supermarket close by. We can recommend hawks nest.

Therapy Cabin 2 at St. George's Caye

JeffRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a fantastic stay! We were the only ones renting at the time, making it quite lovely to have the place ourselves. Emily is a fantastic cook, so I recommend planning at least a few meals through the host. If you do your own food, plan your meals (the host can take you shopping before leaving) because it costs for the boat ride to get more supplies. Belle and Bruno were the best four-legged hosts, so if you love large dogs, you will enjoy them as we did. They swim out to play with the dolphins pretty much daily! Eugene has a wealth of knowledge about what to do and see; he is your best resource. The young lad Omar helped with everything, including showing me how to fish.

MadlenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Jungle, river, monkeys, birds, cuddly pets, sweet cabins, awesome food and Theo is just one of the best hosts ever - in short, our stay at parrot nest exceeded all expectations. Plus Theo was super helpful and recommend the best tour to ATM-Cave. Thanks for everything, Theo! Would always stay again when in San Ignacio :)

Long Term Stay in the country Not for Sissies

MarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a great stay with Bart! Great guy, I’d strongly suggest spending some time with him, and take part in some of his side work. I went to several festivals with him selling flavored ice, awesome to experience the different cultures, from a Mennonite rodeo, to a tilapia festival in creole country, couple La Ruda Maya events! Great eggs, something about the frying pan, but boy were they good. Nothing special about the rental, simple, but very entertaining watching the wildlife, and chickens on the back deck, watch your roommates fly out of the eaves, and comeback in the morning! Take buddy for a walk every morning, but watch Rexy, he’ll try and give you a smooch! I loved my stay there, and would definitely do it again, but you gotta be an outdoor camping type! You’re not at the Hilton! Barb was in the states, so I didn’t personally see her long, but she always returns text, and checks in on you regularly. Quiet, and comfortable for my type of person! Enjoy, and relax!!

Caye Caulker Cottage. Studio with loft.

BradleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Wendy was a fantastic host. Gave us tips for getting to the island, suggested spots to check out and eat and also told us about a new yoga place near by. Wendy’s suggestions helped make our trip great. The little cabin is small but exactly as described in the listing. Bed was cozy and the air conditioning kept the place comfortable and cool. The location is close to the airport and a little outside of the main town area but it was nice and quiet and only a short walk or bike ride to the main strip in town. The little plunge pools out front are a great place to cool off after a morning of scuba diving and the decks get plenty of sun throughout the day. Wendy’s son also rents bikes for the day if you need more than one which is very convenient and helped us explore the island a little more. Can’t wait to come back and visit Caye Caulker.

Nautical Cabana @Ocean View Beach Facility

LizRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Mariel's place was absolutely gorgeous! The detail to the finish woodwork was incredible and absolutely beautiful! Mariel was quick with every response and supplied us with a delivery service that could bring us dinner as we had not rented a car in this area. The property is quiet and open directly onto the ocean. Easily 5 Stars! Thank you Mariel!

Firefly, The - Amazing Modern Tiny House with Pool

AmyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We were very pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this tiny home was! It felt spacious for two of us, truly was newly constructed with new amenities, and had indoor and outdoor (pool & deck) amenities that made for a very relaxing vacation! Bikes included made it easy to get around without need for a rental cart. Very walkable from the airport too.

King Lewey's Island Resort Purple Octopus Suite

CjRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Once in a lifetime splurge. Amazing experience. At times, we had the island to ourselves - what a dream! We loved it. Fantastic service. Very friendly, helpful, outdid themselves to serve with a smile. Ready to accommodate any request. Very grateful to Marari, skips-and-smiles Chamaine, Akeem the builder who taught our son to remove a conch from its shell, Chef Hilly who can cook anything, Calvin who served with a smile. Picked our own food, they learned what we liked, taught us some cooking. Facilities were great. Power and water were fine. Even better than in the pictures. A couple of things to note before you come. Snorkeling is beautiful, equipment is limited, e.g. short fins and limited selection. You may wish to bring your own. No beverages are included in meals. Food seemed expensive but in the end, it wasn't exorbitant. Island is ~$BZ 250 to get to/from.

Blue Fin Cabanas - The Frangipani

LorenaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We are so grateful for the time spent at this beautiful oasis - Special shout out to Gustavo - who was available from the moment we got off the boat. He hooked us up with the islands best golf cart option and gave plenty of recommendations. The Airbnb itself is easy to find but also very private. It felt like home and we cannot wait to come back!

Tiny Home Cabana Near The Sea - Ixora

JoyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I’ve stayed at quite a few unique Air B&Bs over the years and this had to be one of my absolute favorites. Wendy and her husband were both so friendly and helpful when I needed it, but also let me just enjoy my experience and relax. The bungalow was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures and was in a perfect location really close to town, but also close to where some of my friends were staying over at one of the resorts. I went over to visit my friends but am so glad I stayed here because it felt more like being a part of the local community. I rode one of their free bikes all over town the whole week and never needed a car except for various tours.
