Island Magic Ground Floor Villas

This villa is one of 8 units on a beach property called Island Magic Villas, located on the north side of Caye Caulker. It is located across 'The Split' which means it is only accessible by boat. There is a public ferry that makes trips across to the village all day long. Guests can walk, ride the resort's golf cart, or bike approximately a third of a mile from the property to the ferry at the split. The property has a large swimming pool, and a full service restaurant an beach bar.

Villa Arrecife, (Reef Villa) is a 2nd Floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Ocean View Condo just steps from the beach and offers spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Located in the Lighthouse Beach Villas Resort, a top 10 property on TripAdvisor, includes an infinity edge pool, spacious beach with loungers, and a swim up bar. Kayaks, Paddleboard and bikes are available free for your use on property. Full staff available to assist you in making any arrangements you may need.

Located in Tropical Paradise Hotel. Locally owned and operated. Small Hotel with friendly Staff on Caye Caulker. Swimming Pool on Property. This room has a view of the Sea and walk out to Swimming Pool, it has AC, TV, Coffee Maker, and Fridge. 2 Double Beds and Private Bath. It is spacious as well. The Room number is just a reference and not the exact room number you will receive, but for sure you will get the same room description you book.
