Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Belize

This is a special and outstanding property and we loved our time here. Stylish architecture and design, the pool and deck overlooking the natural landscape of the property and valley beyond is where we spent the most time. lots of colorful birds and wildlife, this was a beautiful place to hang out. Consultation the house manager was sweet and welcoming. Katia is a fabulous host and was super helpful with all the details about both the house and things to do in the area, she went above and beyond. Thank you! Great place, highly recommended.

More like 6 stars for location! Amazing community and the best Pupuseria right outside the gate. The patio was perfect with some shade so we could sit outside all day and swim in the lightly covered pool. Loved everything about it. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay! Dalena and Stephen were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The notebook guide they created is full of good recommendations and useful information; they were always available to help schedule the day in a way that made sense. The banana muffins in the mornings were a lovely and delicious touch! Especially having them in the outdoor patio surrounded by plants and cute visiting birds, a truly relaxing way to start the day. Our chats with Dalena and Stephen added very positively to our visit. Thank you!

Great place on the quiet end of the island. The place was beautiful, even better than expected. We loved using the bikes to get around the island. We did 2 snorkeling trips, and a fishing trip, and had an afternoon at the Split! It was a wonderful trip!

Sue's place is amazing. Unbelievably clean, beautifully maintained, and Sue is super friendly and responsive. From here I walked safely and easily to Cahal Pech, the green iguana breeding facility, the Ajaw cacao tour, the Maya Walk tour start point, MANY restaurants, the open air market. A few doors uphill is a nice little convenience store for toiletries, simple groceries, meds, snacks, cold drinks, alcohol. Very reasonable prices. I will be returning here with my family!! It is seriously the perfect place. PS - Understand the country. It may be a more noisy neighborhood than you are accustom to (or not if you are from New York City or similar). I sleep lightly, and was totally fine with earplugs. In Belize not everyone has running water & electricity - even in San Ignacio. So, the AC and whole place is luxury. Even the nice hotel I stayed in had freeze-dried coffee in the lobby and restaurant (none in room), but Sue's amazing kitchen had a coffee maker!! I was very excited.

The Babette house was everything we could have wanted and more. Great location and bird watching from the back patio in the morning was a bonus. It was more than enough room for the 6 of us that stayed and very clean. Would rent the house again without hesitation.

The location was easy to find. Tracy was very responsive to my many questions. We got a free upgrade to the Canal House, which was larger and more luxurious than the one we booked. However, the stairs were problematic for me, and Tracy got the Gate House ready within 24 hours, which was a big improvement for me. I am so grateful that they worked so fast, and we were able to relax immediately. The Gate House was immaculate and had wonderful linens. They provided enough bath towels and beach towels for our stay. Laundry was on site. The Gate House was just steps from a private beach and beautiful pool. Tracy provided boogie boards and other small things on request that improved our stay even more. I would say he is a Superhost. The AC and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. I only noticed one power outage (not Tracy's fault) while there, and it was pretty short. We found the entire house to be really comfortable. I don't think we will visit Hopkins again, but if we did we would stay here again.

We loved our stay! Everything was just like pictures. The guidebook they sent was so helpful. The bed was comfy. The plunge pool was great after a hot day hiking around. We loved going to the (very close) waterfall. We would definitely stay again. As they say, you do have to cross a stream to get to property, we had an suv and had no problems!

We loved staying at Laura’s Place! It had everything we needed for our trip. The location was very private and being able to eat at Weezie’s cafe was a great perk! Victoria in the office was so kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and even tracked down a fishing pole for my son to use off the dock. We loved this location and all of the amenities.

The host was very responsive, very easy check in, had all the amenities we needed and Windy welcomed us when we got there. Close to good restaurants. Thank you!

Luz and Dale were amazing. Luz showed me all the hot spots and picked me up at the airport. Dale has a small store of apparel and sunglasses that I purchased from. They been there all their lives and definitely pointed me in the right direction. Thanks guys.

If we ever decide to come back to visit Belize, this will be our choice to stay. The comfy cabin Is at the very end of the island. It was peaceful and being able to sit out on the dock every morning watching the local fisherman go by and as well as sunsets it’s the perfect place to get away and relax. Very close to town by either bicycle or golf cart. We enjoyed our time very much.

What a sweet spot! Costa Nube is a beautiful accommodation, with everything we needed and more for a week long stay. The upstairs deck is gorgeous and we spent several hot afternoons there soaking in the view where the breeze made it cooler. Shower and bathroom were in great condition, AC worked well at nights. Grateful for the bikes as they (or a golf cart taxi) are needed to get to town (it's about 15-20 min bike on a pretty bumpy road - a good little workout and a headlamp-lit adventure at night!). Aldo and Kolleen were also so helpful with tons of recommendations, aloe for my sunburn, and help getting a taxi when our texts didn't go thru. Thank you for such a lovely time on Caye Caulker!

We absolutely loved our time here. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Jose and his wife were amazing, incredibly responsive. We hope to be able to stay again over the holidays. Would absolutely recommend 100%!

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

I can not rave about this place enough. From our amazing host, Leila, who was so responsive and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. To the very peaceful location with all the amenities, the delicious food at the restaurant with amazing staff, and all staff onsite. I would recommend this Airbnb over and over again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! We arranged a golf cart rental through the host and Amer met us at the ferry terminal to deliver it (and met us at water taxi for dropoff). We followed him to the property and he brought in our bags before we could even park the cart. Barb was there waiting to greet us and provide a walkthrough of the unit and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself was exactly as pictured – clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Daily maid service kept everything tidy with and provided fresh dry towels. The Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. The location, about a half-mile north of the bridge, was fantastic, although you can hear some traffic noise. We recommend a golf cart to get around so you don't have to walk along the road at night. Being right on the beach was amazing and the adjacent snorkel shop and restaurants were great. There's a nice pool and lounge area situated between the beach and unit.

Beautiful location. Stunning view. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Can walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Coral Bay Guest Guide was very helpful. Recommend renting a golf cart. We loved The Beach Bar, Patz’s Deli, The Purple Pelican, Toast, and the Palapa Bar for food and drinks. We loved Secret Beach - Pirates made the best drinks. We loved sailing on the Sirena Azul and snorkeling at Hol Chan Reserve and Shark Ray Alley.

Such a great spot—right on the beach, private but still walkable to everything. The rooftop was perfect for sunrise and relaxing. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the penthouse, what a fantastic spot. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrise. Clean room with the kitchen space.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! It was super clean and comfortable and the resort itself is so peaceful and serene. During our stay none of the other casitas were booked so we felt we had an ideal amount of privacy. The one thing i’d say is that the casita has very sheer curtains that face the other casitas so if there had been other guests / families staying there i don’t think it would have been as private. Not a big deal but a potential consideration for travelers looking for more privacy. Also, i’d recommend arriving before sun down because the road to get to the casita is dark/remote. All in all would 1000% come back!

I had an amazing 10 star experience here - the condo had everything I needed for a very comfortable month-long stay. I felt right at home and very safe. SA, the owner, was very proactive with communication and provided so much helpful info (how to get fresh juice and local meat delivered, which days to visit the produce stands, duty free at the airport, etc). Emma and Edwin, the caretakers, are so friendly and are always available to help. Beyond spending your days on the beach, you can book numerous tours to keep you occupied (scuba, snorkel, cave tubing, Mayan ruins, ziplining, etc). I spent a lot of time just chillin' on the beautiful porch watching the gorgeous sunsets with a Belikin in-hand. If you rent a golf cart or bike, you can easily be in the heart of the town in 5-7 minutes with access to wonderful restaurants, markets and shops. I can't wait to come back when SA is also in town because she'd be a very cool person to hang out with!

This location was great and actually looks even better in person. Mariah was very communicative and provided plenty of information so we were well prepared for our stay. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous . I would definitely stay here again.
