Relaxing Private Villa, Belize

Beautiful private home located approx. 17 miles outside Belize City on the George Price Highway. Located in a Belizean/American Site just outside of Hattieville Village. Close enough to everything yet far enough for privacy and security. Fully air conditioned, hot and cold water, wifi, private fenced yard for parking, full kitchen etc. There is a full-time caretaker on site who looks after your safety and well being. The only thing missing is you!! We can do airport or in country pickup.

This is a charming spot on historic St. George’s Caye. Just 30 minutes by boat from Belize City, airport pickup to and from the island is complimentary. Great fishing, swimming, kayaking, bird watching, biking and just enjoying nature! The property has 2 piers and 3 cabins. It’s a Green property! Solar Powered - each cabin has a solar water heater. Guests often ask to book all three Cabins, so we created this listing where Guests can book all three Cabins at a discount.

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
