In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way further south. It was absolutely ideal. It would be great for a longer stay too, with a direct route into Le Mans and a supermarket only a few minutes drive away.

Séverine was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The setting is peaceful and rural. It is a rejuvenating right. A place to enjoy a moment of nature!

We had a great time. The house was very large, in a very charming rural setting, quiet and green. We had everything we needed on site and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. We recommend it, this accommodation is a gem!

Impeccable accommodation and everything is in place to have a good stay. All basic products are available. If you follow the instructions given in advance by the hosts, it will be easy to find the house. A little extra for flexible arrival with a secure mailbox that allows, for example, to arrive at night without disturbing.

If we could give Olivier and Maud’s house more than 5 stars, we would. It was perfect! The house itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Our 19month old son also felt at home with toys to play with and the wonderful garden to play in. Olivier and Maud also provided a cot which suited our son well. The garden and surroundings are incredibly peaceful. You are very close to nature and we recorded 50+ different bird calls as well as seeing a hare in the neighbouring field. The intermarche is just down the road and convenient for shopping, as well as a good boulangarie. The neighbours are very friendly. Olivier were very responsive to messages and also very attentive. We could not have asked for a better week staying at Frechatel and other Air B&Bs are now going to have a job living up to such high expectations! We would love to return again in the future! Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the presbytery with the family. The setting is idyllic, the house beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable and the garden sumptuous. In short, everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back. Thanks to Jean-Michel's valuable advice, we even discovered crayfish fishing.

A magnificent and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

For us, it was just a step. We were very well received by Mélanie and her daughter. The place is really great for those who like peace, quiet and animals. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that Mélanie offers.
