Dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant, les amoureux de la campagne apprécieront le charme de ce gite confortable, situé à l’orée de la forêt domaniale du Perche, où se trouvent de nombreux monastères dont l’abbaye Notre Dame de la Trappe . Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

Justine and Richard welcome you to this ideally located accommodation in the Perche Regional Natural Park for lovers of walking, nature, forest... You will have the upper part of the cottage with all the necessary comforts. You will surely receive a warm welcome from our dog Scout or the other animals of the family, this cottage being located on our property of 10 hectares. You will be between 10 and 20 km from the small towns of Bellême, La Perrière, and Mortagne.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
