Our stay at Serenity by the Sea was nothing short of extraordinary! The property is perfectly located right on the beach, with sea waves practically touching the boundary of the house—it felt like a slice of paradise. The house is immaculately tidy, and the luxurious interiors added to the charm, making this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had in Goa. One of the standout features of this property is the stunning infinity pool. We spent countless hours enjoying it, and the experience of swimming while overlooking the sea was absolutely magical. A big thanks to Vibhanshu, the helpful staff member, who made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The deck of the house is another highlight. At night, the view is breathtaking—you can see the stars and the sea with crystal clarity while feeling the refreshing breeze. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and a prime beachside location, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Frances's were the best host to me and accompanied fellows. Property is amazing a must visit. View from the property is mesmerizing.Owner was very respectful and flexible about our stay. Spacious house in beautiful location close to the beach. House is very clean, and caretaker is available for help and questions. Swimming pool well maintained and surrounded by nice garden, all really lovely. Recommended taxi driver George was a great help locally and so nice to chat with. Only downside was the mattresses, which are extremely hard and lumpy. They should urgently be replaced, l could only sleep by fashioning a mattress topper out of a spare quilt.

The property was absolutely lovely. The staff was great, they went out of their way to help us and prepare things for us. It was a bit far from the Dabolim airport but the staff was understanding of late arrivals, no problems with check-in, and the surrounding was like stepping in a film. The ambience, the backwaters, the lush greenery, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff there makes amazing Goan food also, so the overall experience was amazing.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. All the amenities were well-stocked, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Communication with the host was quick and easy; he were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

This was the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in - like the pousadas of Portugal or paradores of Spain, only more affordable. I have been to the village of Malar many times as my Goan friends come from there, but this time I needed to work remotely for a few days for my employer, so needed a peaceful place with wifi. It's a 150-year old Portuguese-Goan villa which Rashmi and Pradeep have lovingly restored to its original glory, taking great care of finding furniture, mirrors, lamps and artwork to match the style of the house. All the old seashell windows have been lovingly restored. Even though I stayed by myself I had the run of the house to work from and relax in. Sugam, the caretaker, who lives on the grounds in a small bungalow takes great care of the property which was spotless and the beautiful gardens. He was always on hand and very helpful. The kitchen has all mod cons such as a water purifier, microwave and washing machine and there are condiments, coffee, tea etc.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

It was beautiful and the perfect get away. The beach feels like it is fingertips away. The hosts assistant was also super helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

Peter and Nirmal(the caretaker) ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the whole journey- right from the booking stage till we checked out from the property. Peter has built this property with a lot of love- it shows in the design, furniture pieces and even the cutlery pieces!:) Nestled right on the banks of the Chapora river- this is away from the usual hustle and bustle of the Goan tourist circuit. Come with the right expectations and you will be floored. A must visit experience for all folks who have done the usual things in Goa before.

The food was delicious....There is definately no place like home but this Villa became our home for those 4 Days.. Overall, this villa stay was a perfect escape from the hustle of daily city life.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

My stay at Eagle Villa was delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning calm surroundings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything one could need for a relaxing vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep and the living areas were perfect for relaxation, in-house swimming pool and open dining area. Furthermore, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention and care added an extra layer of warmth to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a calm homely family getaway.

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Ulhas's place is near the city. My room, the largest, had all the amenities I needed. What made the trip memorable was the host's hospitality. He helped me get food, groceries, and transportation. He also offered personalized tours and drove me to places I needed. If I return to Goa, this is the place to stay again.

Location: A nearby location to the airport, about 10 mins. Mr Ganesh has got arrangements to pick up with a nominal fare ( taxi and driver). To me ,he was extremely kind to pick me and my wife himself at midnight as he promised earlier because his driver's taxi had a breakdown . What a fine gentleman. Property : Comfortable stay for 5/6 people ( a family) including 2 toilets and bathroom. Neat, clean property,with kitchen. Upon request, he can make grocery available if u r planning to prepare food .He has got all necessary kitchenware for which he doesn't charge. In the morning,you get a great countryside feeling. He does his best to make the guests comfortable. We visited him last week ,which is considered as a peak season in Goa. We had a single night stay. Prices may appear slightly high,but taking everything into account,I would consider this property worth it and value for money. Demerit: Market is not in vicinity. However Mr Ganesh makes life easier if u request earlier.

My stay at Calypso Goa was truly peaceful and memorable. Tucked away from the busy areas, it offered a quiet retreat while still being easily accessible to popular spots. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable.
