Great place to stay with the family. The view is beautiful and exactly as the photos. The architecture is amazing. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked pretty. We will definitely like to stay here again and recommend others to try. Feedback to the owners - an easier way to contact the caretakers like intercom would have been more convenient. Also written instructions to operate the AC, Ceiling fan etc. would be helpful.

we loved the place and the hosts. they were so warm and welcoming. they always went the extra mile for making sure we had a comfortable stay. cherry - the cocker spaniel is so friendly too. we found new friends in our hosts. simi went onto make a special and yummy desert for us on the last day. we could not find anything to complain about - it was a perfect stay and this being our first airbnb experience , i really doubt if i would like to go back to staying in hotels again. thank you to our lovely hosts. see you all again soon.

Very nice location. peaceful surrounding. shopping and grocery etc .near airport very copertive staff. proactive host. nice neat and clean property. overall a very good package. it is best suited if you book a self drive to move around from location

The property was absolutely lovely. The staff was great, they went out of their way to help us and prepare things for us. It was a bit far from the Dabolim airport but the staff was understanding of late arrivals, no problems with check-in, and the surrounding was like stepping in a film. The ambience, the backwaters, the lush greenery, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff there makes amazing Goan food also, so the overall experience was amazing.

This was the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in - like the pousadas of Portugal or paradores of Spain, only more affordable. I have been to the village of Malar many times as my Goan friends come from there, but this time I needed to work remotely for a few days for my employer, so needed a peaceful place with wifi. It's a 150-year old Portuguese-Goan villa which Rashmi and Pradeep have lovingly restored to its original glory, taking great care of finding furniture, mirrors, lamps and artwork to match the style of the house. All the old seashell windows have been lovingly restored. Even though I stayed by myself I had the run of the house to work from and relax in. Sugam, the caretaker, who lives on the grounds in a small bungalow takes great care of the property which was spotless and the beautiful gardens. He was always on hand and very helpful. The kitchen has all mod cons such as a water purifier, microwave and washing machine and there are condiments, coffee, tea etc.

We had an unforgettable stay with Dishant and his mother. Their incredible hospitality truly redefined our experience, leaving us with full hearts and happy memories. The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully organized. Dishant was exceptional—always one step ahead with clear instructions, making it easy to find the place and settle in. He went above and beyond, offering fantastic local recommendations that elevated our trip. We were a group of seven visiting Goa for the New Year, and the warm, personal touch of their service made us feel completely at home. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, care, and an authentic experience, this is it. Highly recommended!

Goa is now full of 'luxury villas'. All look the same and feel the same. Mandira's place was unlike these 'luxury villas'. a thoughtfully designed home with lots of sunlight. Ample of green cover, private. all the amenities you wish for in a holiday (pool, staff to cook for you, lot of space). we had a short stay but loved every minute of it. the common areas/seating are perfect for the many conversations over beer or tea. I wish more of goa offered this kind of 'luxury villas'. Also must complement the team/staff who did a fantastic job with food and keeping the place clean.

Mary was such an amazing host. She made sure my stay in Ponda was memorable — and it truly was. First of all, the villa is spacious and comfortable, a perfect base to explore all that Ponda has to offer. Mary and her family were incredibly welcoming and gave great advice for planning activities and excursions. I wholeheartedly recommend Mary’s villa in Ponda!

We had a wonderful New year stay at Isabella. Wahid and his team were polite and responsive. They were always helpful. We were 17 of us and they took care of each one of us. They helped with the party decorations. I will probably return again since we have had a positive experience.

My stay at Holiva by StayVista in Goa was an extraordinary experience! This luxurious 10BHK villa features a massive pool, a games room with a pool table, table tennis, carrom board, and a TV room—perfect for relaxation and fun. The spacious rooms felt like a 5-star hotel, and the stunning view of Siridao beach added to the charm. The living and dining areas were equally impressive, with a huge dining table ideal for large groups. The well-trained staff provided exceptional hospitality, serving delicious meals that elevated our stay. For a luxurious and memorable getaway in Goa, Holiva by StayVista is highly recommended!

The place was fantastic and ideal for a family/group like ours, we had a wonderful time and will surely recommend this place to friends! A few areas that can be focused - while maintenance was generally good, we did have an issue with one of the ACs' on the first night. Secondly, one of the bathrooms had a clogging issue. Both issues were sorted out reasonably quickly. Another point - it says 7 bedrooms on the website, but we were allowed to use only 6, though we were 15 on the first day and 13 on the second. Another suggestion - bath towel supports inside some bathrooms can be explored. All in all, it was an extremely enjoyable stay, and we will surely return when we come in a big group! Thanks to Akash for the smooth checkin and Bikas, who was always willing to support and help, and was always available!

We were a family of 9 and chose this villa as we had some other engagements nearby in Aldona. The setting of the villa is truly pristine, surrounded by lush greenery and fields on one side, making it an idyllic retreat. The abundance of birds and natural beauty added to the charm.The villa itself was clearly designed with a lot of thought and intentionality. All four bedrooms and bathrooms were well-appointed. The balconies were a favorite spot for enjoying chai and some reading, while the living room comfortably accommodated all of us. Our kids absolutely loved the private pool—super private and gave us peace of mind. The villa blends beautifully into the sleepy village, offering a serene and exquisite experience without being an eyesore.Shobi and Bishnu, the housekeepers, were pleasant and very helpful throughout our stay. The hosts were professional and proactive in their communication, graciously accommodating an early check-in for a few of us! super grateful-

The food was delicious....There is definately no place like home but this Villa became our home for those 4 Days.. Overall, this villa stay was a perfect escape from the hustle of daily city life.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.
