Excellent place, clean bathroom, bed is big enough to fit three people, two balconies are always a plus. Overall the experience was amazing and the host is very helpful. There are lots of small helpful things like a lighter, batteries, playing cards, bt speaker, etc. this was a very nice touch. It's also walking distance from Bogmalo beach but it's slight uphill while coming back so can be a bit tiring. The area around the property is very private and quiet. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay around Bogmalo/Chikolna area.

Uncle and Aunty were so well behaved and polite. We neither felt unnecessarily poked, but still everything was very well covered. The hosts were always responsive. They took care of everything we needed. The rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean. The hosts gave some complimentary food as well; like- Coffe, Milk, Tea bags, oil, salt, black paper and so on. They also let us keep the luggage before our check in time at a secured place. The hosts are very straight forward about everything. The instructions and recommendations were very precised and useful. I would recommend this place for sure.

It was a great pleasure to spend our vacation in this apartments. Exceptional view, private territory, swimming pool. We felt at home and even little regretted to leave this beautiful place. Everything is available for short and long term stay. A small recommendation - to keep a flat mop so it’s easy to clean floor. I definitely would recommend this apartments.

Meherangez is a wonderful host. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

Without a doubt this place is great for people who are looking to stay a peaceful house surrounded by nature. Raul was a great host..his recommendations were very helpful and he was very responsive..went an extra mile to help in terms of local travel as well.

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options. Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Very happy with my stay, Mr Rajput was very friendly and hospitable to us.

I don't usually write reviews but my experience here made me do it. First off, the house is built very beautifully in a serene location. The host,Shreya and the care taker, SK are very friendly and helpful. Honestly, everything in the house is well thought and you will find more than what you need in a house. You will have everything you need if you wish to cook yourself but I recommend to try the food they provide. The Mutton Fry was to die for. Everything about my stay here was just perfect.

Go for this place if you are looking for a cosy, peaceful, relaxing and joyous time with your family. The villa is elegant and is fully equipped with all amenities. No complaints whatsoever, the host and property manager are quick to respond and very helpful. 5 stars to the cook 'Chef Kuna' who whipped up wonderful delicacies as per our requirement, he is truly exceptional ❤️.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay at your place. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and the less crowded beach made it even more delightful. The only complaint was about the pool not being cleaned as expected. Rest all was very good.

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

Good place to spend some quality time. Good view to bird sanctuary. Drawback of this place is its far from beach and lound noise migth be issue for neighbours.

This was the second time staying at Eshwar's place. This is a newish appartment and in good condition. Very good location near old Goa and close to the shops. Facilities are as as described. Eshwar was very prompt in responding to all our requests. Would happily book same accommodation again in future.

we had a wonderful stay at the villa,the accomodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the facilities grocery shop is nearby,home style food is available, highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant stay.The attendants were polite and helpful always ready to assist.The warm hospitality made of stay even more comfortable.

We stayed for a week...The host was very helpful, loved the hospitality. The kitchen was fully functional and cleaning of the room was done every alternate day. The air-conditioner was very effective...Will definitely book it again.
