There are windows on 2 sides; on the kitchen side there is a window where the morning sun comes and in the bedroom/living room since there is a window in bedrooms and double winged front door with full width glass where the sun is for about 20-21 in the summer. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

With its high ceilings and features of old elements, mixed with the new, it has a soulful and unique atmosphere. We are on the first floor and basement. It’s a 5 min walk from the subway, which will take you to downtown Oslo in 15-20 minutes. (15 minutes to Majorstua, where Vigelandsparken is) We have an annex with officespace and loungearea (with tv), and a trampoline.

Do you want to stay in one place that's a little out of the ordinary? Then you are most welcome to join us. We call this house the "pizza house". The Italian pizza oven gives you a real holiday feeling. The house is rural in a large garden. Very central with both bus and t track nearby. The swimming pool is available during the summer months. The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small hob!
