Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

Marcel and his dad was extremely helpful! The house was beautiful and being next to the main strip of jaco beach without the hassle was amazing. Would recommend again and again! I will definitely always stay here when returning to Costa Rica

excellent place for your holidays, close to the beach, it is quiet, good security, clean pool, parking, with all the amenities in the house, the internet serves well, the beds are very comfortable.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

We spent a few days with our family very comfortable and relaxed! Sam's home it's very comfortable, high-end furniture, beds, and linens make it easy to rest. The condominium is very nice, and sure, the pools, jacuzzi were just for us, as were the social area, and grill at our disposal close to the pool. It was very convenient that at the entrance of the condominium and part of the complex, there are supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants. Many beaches nearby, Manuel Antonio about an hour away. I completely recommend Sam's house, on a second floor and down the stairs you find a pool to continue enjoying even after a day at the beach. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Between the possible we will come back and recommend it to other users.

The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time with family. The condo itself was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. Every detail was well taken care of, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Our host, Flor, was outstanding. Her communication was clear and timely throughout our stay, which made everything even more seamless. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to this amazing place. Highly recommended!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

This place is new and very nice. It is just as described. The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. It is right on the main drag and walking to restaurants and shops is very easy. Also, there are always security on site who are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

We had a great time last week. This condo was fabulous. The views, location and privacy was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and Roberto was prompt in getting back with us for any of our questions/requests. I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I come to Los Sueños a couple times a year first time staying at this particular condo, but I would come back. You won’t be disappointed!

Great spot in Jaco right near the beach, quiet and away from the downtown strip but close enough you could enjoy a 15-20 min walk. We absolutely loved the pool area, condo was amazing and loved the decor

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

We had a great time at the apartment, which was exactly as described. The building is brand new and the unit has good wi-fi, cold (and necessary) A/C and fans, new appliances, comfortable beds, and decent soundproofing. The unit directly faces the ocean so most of the Jaco nightlife noise is avoided other than from the beach below. The building appears to be almost exclusively vacation rentals, so has a feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb - not a bad thing, just an observation. It's a quick short block walk to the main Jaco street with restaurants and shopping. The beach view is incredible from the unit and also the rooftop, though you almost don't need to go up there since you're on the 11th floor anyway (elevators were busy but reliable). Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness especially when the building unexpectedly lost water for several hours (not a common occurrence). Pool was also awesome and never to busy even on a holiday.

Tim & Kristina did not miss one detail in their “Welcome Package” to help us navigate Jaco. They couldn’t have done any better. FYI We have family that have owned a condo around the corner for 7 years & took away a few ideas for a better stay from Tim & Kristina.
