Top location and connection! A tasteful and cozy apartment with beautiful views. With so much exciting reading, days could only be spent reading if the surroundings were not so tempting. High-quality kitchen equipment, even if more for narrow personalities. The entrance area can be unsettled at first, but Kerstin explains everything so clearly and kindly and at the top there is a lot of space for relaxation and enjoyment. You can argue about art, sensitive stomachs, just turn them around. ;) Tip: keep luggage clear! The shortest distance from the parking lot around the house to the 10th floor is longer than expected and also includes some stairs in addition to the elevator. But everything is doable and arrived at the top, people forget every hardship anyway. Then the possibility of a warm bath - a dream! Vegetarian/vegan living people are well advised in the boathouse right at the feet of the house. We were absolutely thrilled! Thank you,Kerstin!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. You have privacy, you really don't hear anything from the many neighbors and there is enough space despite the fact that it is only one room. The balcony is perfect for admiring the sunrise directly over the sea. And the surroundings are really beautiful! What we didn't know before: There is no oven, no freezer and no way to ventilate. The only window is basically the door to the balcony, which doesn't provide much cooling in the room. Air conditioning would be a dream. At the end of May, however, it was still bearable for us. Overall, a great relaxing holiday and definitely a recommendable apartment on the Baltic Sea!

My girlfriend and I had a really relaxing stay. The apartment has a beautiful view (just as advertised in the pictures) and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Everything you need for a short trip is available. The location is quiet and you can enjoy the Baltic Sea flair. The only downside was the fact that we arrived quite late and almost could not get into the building where the apartment is, as it is already closed at 10 pm. Fortunately, someone else was there who had a key.

Really great accommodation. The decor is high-quality and tasteful and everything is still very new and thoughtful. The sauna is of course a special highlight. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back here if we go to Fehmarn again.

We stayed at Sarah's place for five nights and enjoyed it extraordinarily well. Personally, I don't like going on vacation, but in this great apartment I immediately felt very comfortable and we had a great time as a family. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and invites you to linger and watch the sunset. The apartment has a wonderful amount of space and is very child-friendly with toys, books and great " five friends"- cassettes. The beach and a great playground are just a little bike ride away. There is also a lot to discover and do throughout the area. Really absolutely recommended for happy holidays.

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment! :)

Accommodation was very clean and much larger than expected. Recommended for small families. Sandra thought of everything. Shopping 10 minutes' walk. Beach 10 minutes by car. The garden is beautifully maintained. Everything was great!

We spent 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right at the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly onto the sea. We can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

I was a guest with my 6-year-old son at Ulrike's and must say it was super great! The reception was very friendly and warm. The apartment is clean and exactly as described. I was extremely grateful and happy that I had chosen this accommodation when I arrived in front of the house. Beautifully landscaped flower beds, lawn, private terrace, private carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and, above all, real peace. Exactly what I had hoped for. Beautifully and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They give you the feeling of having a real piece of home here. I felt the same way and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

We were with the family for an extended weekend with 6 adults in this beautiful Airbnb. We especially liked the garden, the beautiful birdsong and breakfast on the covered terrace. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend it.

We had a great week in the holiday paradise Grube. The accommodation is very idyllic both indoors and outdoors with a sensationally large garden where you can linger for a long time. Overall, the location is just great: very quiet and at the same time convenient, as there is a restaurant (right next door), bakery, supermarkets and much more in the immediate vicinity. At the end of the street is the beautiful, old village church, which is very worth seeing. Thus, the small town of Grube already offers a lot of culture, but above all a lot of nature. Here there are bird watching stations and enchanting, small paths through the former lake lowlands, from which we were able to experience great sunsets and moonrises. By car, we were quickly at beautiful corners on the Baltic Sea, such as Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, Grömitz and at the smaller beaches, which could also be easily reached by bicycle. Thanks to Benjamin and Elke for this beautiful holiday home with the many possibilities and encounters.

Thomas' accommodation is perfect for all those looking for peace and quiet. Although it is so quiet, the apartment has a perfect view of the Baltic Sea. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, ice cream parlors and some shops are just a stone's throw away. After 50 meters on foot, you will be standing on the clean beach sand. It was the best apartment and location we have ever had in the many years we have been visiting the Baltic Sea. We highly recommend it.

We have 100% enjoyed our stay. The apartment, as well as the grounds, are fantastic. The sea is next door and we felt completely comfortable. A special highlight was the small sauna area on the terrain! Thank you and see you soon!

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We had a really great time staying at the place! Everything was super relaxed – totally quiet, but still you can walk to the beach or the village in a few minutes. Perfect mix. We were there with two dogs and everything just worked out: The garden is completely fenced, the two could move freely, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped – it really lacked nothing. Everything is very clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love. Lutz was super friendly, totally uncomplicated and flexible – you just feel welcome. The bicycles were a great extra, and the fact that they even thought of the spa card and a guide was really practical. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.
