ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY is how our guests describe our barn studios. The studio apartments offer private baths, private entrances, kitchenettes with fridge and microwave. We are 3 miles to LU in a great part of town and close to food and shopping.

This house and patio space was as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. Hosts were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We were there for Liberty U graduation and highly recommend as a place to spend family time during the busyness of the festivities. But Bedford itself did not disappoint as a peaceful and scenic community! We loved it and would use reserve again if ever needed!

We had a great stay! We needed a place to live for a month, in between vacating our long-term lease and moving to another state The home was peaceful, well appointed, and comfortable. It felt like home, rather than feeling transient. Whitney was an excellent host. Very responsive when we had a couple challenges, including a plumbing issue. She got things fixed and was accommodating. We will definitely stay again, if we are in the area.

We loved our stay at Andy’s place! It was well-located for hiking (Sharp Top and Apple Orchard Falls were our favorites) and getting to town for groceries, a few meals out, etc. Sitting on the porch was lovely and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking at the cabin. Would definitely recommend to others as well as stay here again ourselves!
