Montse is a very kind and lovely host – she welcomed us and showed us around in a very heartwarming and friendly manner. The villa is truly amazing with a nice interior including many old decorations. The pool area also is great and has a nice bed right by the pool! Overall, we had an amazing stay and enjoyed ourselves very much. The nearby town of Cantoria is also a nice place to explore with many nice and affordable restaurants and lovely people. A small downside, if any, is that the whirlpool is not working properly and is only warmed by sunlight during the day. Unfortunately, the water doesn’t really stay warm as soon as the sun sets. But this was the only minor nitpick. Other than that, there were no issues with the house, and we had everything we needed! Full recommendation!

Beautiful setting for a spotless home. The views of the mountains and landscape are brilliant and we enjoyed a great break as a family with everything we needed. The pool was particularly great in the sun. Location is great for exploring the beaches in the local area. Esteban was a warm and welcoming host and we appreciated all the recommendations.

The photos don't represent how beautiful the cortijo is. We were guided by the good comments I had and when we arrived at the cortijo we were surprised by the site. It has a large garden, with pool and chickens at the end of the estate. And inside it has enough and very clean to make life, in addition to having beautiful ancient relics. The location is fine because you go to the fast highway, although it is in an industrial estate and there is nothing around. If you are looking for quiet and enjoying the house and nearby places by car it is a beautiful place. Maricarmen is a charm that had a lot of details with us. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning area, beautiful cottage. stayed with my family of 5 and 2 dogs, and now want to retire there. Everything you want for a break with fantastic mountain walk. we will be returning for sure.

Maria`s house was the best equipped apartment we have ever been. There was everything you may need. Nice furnished, communication was perfect, we had a nice time in Nijar and in Maria`s apartment.

David is very attentive, quick to respond and the information is very detailed about the area. The house is a pass to go quite a lot of people, close to the beaches and the movement. But secluded enough so that there is no noise when sleeping.

Adolfo was very friendly from the first contact. The house was beautiful and equipped with all the amenities. In the house you also have towels, soap and toilet paper. The house is isolated deep in the mountains. It's good to keep this in mind. Useful for bringing the purchase immediately and not having to leave the house immediately. The pool is neither large nor small. The pool is filled with chlorine-free salt water. The village of Tíjola is 15 minutes from the house for small purchases. Besides, there's not much to do in the area. The only regret is that we couldn't understand Adolof, but with Google Translate we got by. We'll definitely be back again. It has been a good idea to choose Dolores's house, it is in perfect condition, located in a small and cozy village, quiet and very well located to visit places of great interest, the house is spacious, with a very cool patio to dine, barbecue or just for children to play without danger. Wonderful stay, Wonderfully private. Use of the space inside and out for ourselves. My daughter, nephew and I have enjoyed the tranquility. Diane was pleasant to communicate with. Very friendly and engaging. We were there during the electrical malfunction of all of Spain. Diane and we had good contact about this and there was peace and calm. Diane even brought us extra food and the like. Super friendly, not pushy and just have a nice vacation. Thank you!

This is a perfect place for a retreat, working or otherwise. It is simple and functional but everything we needed was there. The firewood was supplied for our entire 4 week stay and we had a fire every night because it was chilly. The 360 views of epic rock cliffs was unsurpassed. If you need a wholesome quiet place to get on with a project, this is it. Nearest shop is 40 mins away so you need to see that as a plus. We did!
