Quiet cabin with a lake view! Enjoy this amazing retreat. The rustic wood beams, hardwood floors, and stone wood burning fireplace add to the charm of the fishing bear lodge. You will have access to our docks where you can go swimming, fishing and even kayak(rentable). During the summer months we do have rafts available to use as well in the lake. Life jackets and fishing poles are available at the lodge for you. After a fun filled day relax in the hot tub as you listen to the sounds of nature.

This beautiful cabin is in the hills of southern Ohio and includes the use of a 4 acre lake and 5 boats. Very private and remote, no neighbor houses can be seen. Great fishing for bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. Shelter house near lake with 2 picnic tables and fire pit and firewood. Sleeping for 12 adults; one queen bed and one adult bunkbed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and floor cushions. Full kitchen with all utensils, appliances, etc. Also, log cabin available for all groups of 7 or more

Great place to stay at an affordable rate... Our family of 5 stayed for a week. And was provided only 6 towles and a few wash rags. I definitely think they should fully stock for a family staying for a week. Tried to ask about fire wood a few times and never got a response, even on how to purchase because the store was closed we didnt know where to get any from. Luckily the local campers were very sweet and friendly and didnt mind loading us down with wood 🙂. The locals are lovely people. Other then that the cabin did its job and we had a great time.

A Hidden Gem on the Water. From the moment we arrived, watching the golden hues of sunset reflect off the water was an experience in itself. But the real adventure began with the incredible activities offered. Kayaking along the shoreline, gliding through the peaceful waters and discovering hidden coves was the perfect way to soak in the natural beauty of this lake. The Pontoon boat ride was equally unforgettable, with our knowledgeable host, Matt, sharing fascinating stories about the lake’s history and the surrounding area. Learning about the local landmarks and the rich history that shaped this area made the experience even more special. The property itself is cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Whether sipping coffee on the deck or simply enjoying the fresh, crisp air, every moment here felt relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

Meadowview was the perfect place for our wedding night. We married at the Barn at Hidden Ridge which was only 15 minutes away. Meadowview was private, cozy, clean, and comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the secluded hot tub. Lisa was very communicative and her directions were spot on. If you're in from out of town, make sure to try Sassafrass or get doughnuts and coffee at White's bakery in town. Dinner and drinks at The Porch or The Alley are great options. 10 out of 10 would stay there again!

The cabin is even more adorable in person, and the bathroom is a dream! Not to mention the view of the winery is breathtaking! I’m already wanting to plan another visit!
