Great place to stay when cycling the Velodyssee. It is right on the route and is very comfortable. The place is well renovated and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very friendly and respond swiftly to messages.

A real favorite! Manuella's home is decorated with great taste, every detail is thoughtfully designed. We immediately felt good there, like at home. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. An address that we recommend without hesitation – thank you again Manuella!

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

We had a great stay with our children, the house is very warm and very clean. The owner was very welcoming while respecting our privacy. I recommend it a thousand times. We will come back for sure. Their house is really beautiful, thank you☺️

I was lucky to manage to grab a long weekend with my husband in Isabelle's slice of paradise in Nantes. She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

We had a great stay with my daughters! The little house is very pretty, tastefully decorated. We had the pleasure of being visited by ducks several times in a row, which was a unanimous delight among the girls. The proximity to bike paths, the beach and swimming pools is really a plus. The hosts are very kind, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this listing 🤗

Short but very pleasant stay in the small house, not so small, that is well equipped and with an appreciable outdoor space. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, as well as the start of hikes.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage, wonderful huge beaches within a few minutes' walk. Another year, another unforgettable stay at La Cana. We absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning ocean views, and the swing that keeps the kids entertained for hours. The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind. David is a fantastic host—always responsive, though we rarely needed to reach out since the home is so well-equipped and the instructions are clear and thorough. Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Thank you to Katia and François for your hospitality. If you want to rest and have a pleasant time, don't hesitate. The proximity to the beach and amenities make it a perfect place. The house is spacious, clean with everything you need. Not to mention this small terrace, sheltered from view, for moments of relaxation, breakfast or aperitif.

We stayed 2 nights at Elsa's, and had a very good stay. clean accommodation, decorated with care. the neighborhood is very quiet, the terrace is very pleasant. Self check-in is very convenient, and Elsa is available and accommodating.

Very quiet and accessible place. Noirmoutier 15 minutes by car, 30 - 40 minutes by bike. Clean linen provided. Water in the refrigerator. (a small touch that makes a difference) Clear instruction and availability. I recommend it.

the accommodation is in direct proximity to the beach, it perfectly matched our expectations. we recommend it, Mélanie was very responsive and accommodating in terms of schedules.

Family stay with five. We immediately felt at home when we arrived at Arnaud's home. The vintage decor, the cozy terrace without vis-à-vis seduced us. If you also like calm, you will be served. You can't hear any cars. We recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Christophe's place, which is clean, quiet and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the outdoors (armchairs, umbrella,...) and the barbecue. Everything worked perfectly: washing machine, dishwasher, freezer... Access to the beach or Noirmoutier is very quick by car.
