Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Beaufort

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

We’ve stayed at a number of condos at Ocean Club, and this was our favorite one on the inside. It was so nice to have aesthetically beautiful surroundings both outside and inside. We had never stayed on the lowest floor before, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the view of the ocean was. There is a clear view of waves over the dunes. The beds were comfortable, and we just really appreciated how pretty and classy the decor was. Sometimes beach places are tacky, but this one feels like a lovely home you want to be in and look at. Amy was very responsive and even let us make a last minute extension on our reservation since there was availability. We had a truly wonderful time!

Our family had a fantastic vacation. The floor plan was spacious. He included all the little things that make a vacation special. From special cooking utensils, to lighting, to the beautiful back porch with seating and rocking chairs for early morning Bible reading and mediation. Amenities included the nice pool, kayaks and grills. The penthouse includes ping pong and pool where we played a lot. We even caught crabs on the dock! Fishing was great. Cannot wait to return! Thank you so much!! I would not change a thing!!!!! Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful time. The space was extremely clean and fit the description in the listing and photos. The space is located in a quiet, gated community with lots of wonderful amenities and just a short walk to the beach via private access. Cathy was a wonderful host and was flexible with us during our stay. We’d love to come back for another visit soon!

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The listing description is spot on. There was a closet full of beach stuff to use which was super convenient and very nice (mini Shibumi, beach cart, beach toys, beach chairs). Other small touches around the condo made it convenient as well like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, pots, pans, games, plenty of bedding, blankets, and towels. The whole condo complex was peaceful, quiet, and good location. The condo was clean and well maintained, didn't see a single bug.

Incredible!!! Whimsical Whale was perfect for our family! We felt as if we were staying the week with a distant relative. We felt welcomed and wanted but were given space even though they live upstairs. It was a beautiful, convenient and safe location. They do fail to mention in the listing that they have just about everything you think you need for a beach trip. A storage shed full of all the beach necessities, even a grill we were able to use. I believe out of all of the beach gear we brought, we only used our wagon. She even brought us assorted chocolate covered pretzels, they were delicious. They do have WiFi, and televisions. Although the only way to stream is through the blu ray player. I would suggest bringing some dvds if you have little ones coming along. 10 out of 10, 5 stars across the board!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

We loved staying at Shari’s place. Proximity was close to the pool. Walking distance to the beach. House was clean and pretty much had everything you would need to cook. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

What a beautiful condo!!! It’s so wonderful when you stay somewhere that is exactly as pictured and clean. To top it off, Keri, was intentional in welcoming us, with a handwritten note, and little snacks. She also checked in with us during our stay. Great host. Beautiful view.

Tamara’s place was the perfect location for a beach getaway weekend. Beachfront property and pool that was super easy for the kids on our trip. Tamara was proactive with her communication prior to arrival. Emerald Isle did not disappoint with a semi private beach and not overcrowded like other Carolina beaches. The place had all the amenities for a relaxing weekend. The shambui was an extra treat available to block the hot sun on the beach. Would visit again!

Love, love, love! Everything as described, extremely clean and super easy access to the beach. Extra amenities all very thoughtful and so appreciated! All ramps to access beach which was perfect for my jogging stroller with my littlest! Highly recommend!!

Josh's condo is amazing. We took our 3 boys for spring break. Easy walk to the beach, ocean front and we had access to a heated pool which was great. The condo was extremely clean and cozy with all the listed amenities. It's on the third floor so the elevator that takes you right to the door was very convenient. Also an easy drive to the grocery store! I would highly recommend Josh's place, we will definitely be back again!!

The condo was super clean. Located very close to the indoor/outdoor pool and just a short walk to the beach. Son and daughter-in-law stayed the night on the fold out couch queen bed and said it was comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo location is steps away from the pool and walkway to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery. Perfect for family with kids.

We had a great stay! The adults enjoyed the ping pong table and the kids loved the pirate ship playground!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, stylish, spacious and exactly as described. Everyone complimented the decor as they arrived. There were so many extra amenities- from bikes, ping pong tables, kayaks, Shibumi shade(we loved it so much, we ordered one during our drive home), to books and board games. The kids enjoyed the community pool on days we didn't make it to the beach. The location was ideal—close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beaufort is a delightful vacation destination, with so much to do. Take a ferry to the islands, see dolphins and wild horses, drive to the beach, shop in cute boutiques, jump off the dock, bike around town. The Beau Coast neighborhood is super cute, safe and convenient, and Mermaid Cottage was a comfortable, well-outfitted home base. Pickleball courts are close by. The pool looked amazing but was unfortunately not open for our spring break family trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The community has a lot to offer. We highly recommend getting the golf cart to drive around and explore! Also, this place is very kid friendly!

Loved the location with a nearby pool and playground and biking distance to downtown Beaufort. Great decor. Kid friendly! Felt right at home here. Host communicates well and was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Clean, quiet, and as pictured. We wished we had a golf cart, might be worth looking into renting one if you stay here. Beaufort is a sweet area and we enjoyed taking the passenger ferry to Shackleford Banks!

This is such a beautiful space to stay! The views and house make your vacation feel luxurious and relaxing. The main space is open and inviting. The couches are plush and comfy, great for times spent chatting away or watching a movie. (Or a quick nap!) The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. It was easy to make meals together. The pots and pans are fantastic quality, as are the knives. The bathrooms are generally clean, and there’s one for every bedroom. Bedrooms are cozy and the master has an incredible view. There are lots of geese and ducks that come and play in the front canal. The golf cart was easy to access and use. We unfortunately were not able to use the kayaks because how sludgey it was at the kayak launch/neighborhood dock. Definitely check the conditions before pulling out the kayaks! Overall, this is an incredible home and we absolutely loved our time here. Would love to come again!
