The beautiful town of Shediac, home of the largest lobster and Parlee Beach Provincial Park, is only a 10 minutes drive. Our place is perfect for family vacations and weekend getaways!

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great stay at Jamie’s place! The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. My family especially loved the popcorn maker such a fun touch that made a movie night extra cozy. Everything was clean, check-in was easy, and Jamie was great at keeping us in the loop with any updates. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for the great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and cozy, the beds were 10/10!!! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! The short walk to the private beach was perfect - we hardly saw anyone! It was such a great hit with our 3 year old, we spent most of our evenings there. Thank you Ben for a great week, we can’t wait to come back!!!

Doreen's house was even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The bedrooms were very comfortable, as were the furniture in the living room. Beautiful intimate courtyard despite the busy road in front. Definitely recommend!

The property is simply beautiful. It's hard to put into words how amazing the location is. Private and pristine; the birds, the sound of the waves, the ocean air.. it all felt like we were in a beautiful movie or beach novel. We were comfortable inside with everything we could need. The living space was very clean and cozy. We were comfortable outside (even though our first night was rainy) with lots of seating and a covered wrap-around deck and screened-in section. There is a beautifully lit sitting area near the water. The trail to the ocean covers the views, and I can't fail to mention the sunsets. They are a must-see! The kayaks, ping pong table, and other games and puzzles are such nice touches. Throughout our stay, the co-host was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs, A+. There are not enough characters available to leave the best review but we HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back!

This was the most well equipped Air B & B I have rented. It was just like home. Things were labeled as well which made it helpful to know where things were and to put them back. Large home with TONS of games!
