The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for families looking to relax and unwind. One of our favorite features was the peaceful canal just behind the home—it added such a serene backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The location was also ideal, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. We truly had a wonderful time, full of laughter, sunshine, and quality family moments. Pat’s Landing exceeded our expectations and provided exactly what we were looking for. We had a great 3 night stay here. The community is well kept, quiet, and peaceful but also close to the main Rockport attractions, restaurants and HEB/Walmart. The property itself seems very new so everything is in good condition, and the in-unit washer/dryer makes pool and beach days easy.

Three years ago, 2021 I rented this place My family and I loved the place. The house was big enough for 15 persons and a dog. My grandchildren love to go fishing all day and night. We all sat at night we BBQ and talked. The night was very peaceful off course you need off because of the mosquitos. Overall, we love the house the place and the peaceful of the area. We might make it a tradition every 2 to 3 yrs. renting the place. The hostess is an excellent person to talk to.

The condo had all the amenities that one can use.That made it convenient and less worrisome to have to get. The place is very clean, and comfortable. Less crowded location compared to others. Which made it peaceful. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. Troy and Jaime, communicated promptly and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend for others to stay at Mermaid Getaway at the Bay.

Great place to get away an relax. House had everything you need from pool floats and kayaks to charcoal grill dishes and toiletries. House was very clean and well maintained. Fishing dock was great with crab cages and cleaning station and green lights for night fishing. All the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be to have a bathroom downstairs near the pool. Kristen made everything easy for check in and check out. 10 out of 10 will be going back.

We arrived it was a secluded area did pass it for a second but we found it. I did have to message to get the code to be able to check in for the day. He was very responsive, communicative, and always got back to me. The only problem we had is the bedroom, felt very warmer than the rest of the house other than that it was stocked with pots and pans, silverware plates, and had a full refrigerator for you to bring your food to stock.
