I can't express how much we enjoyed the location of the house. Watching the tides come in and out, spotting an otter and a seal, plus catching a few sunsets are just the start. Easy access to wonderful hikes in less with less than 20 minutes of driving. Easy walk into town as well, probably 1-1/2 miles but along the coast and so enjoyable. The location can't be beat!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

We had a great stay here, beach was a block away, and the cabin is nicely appointed and cozy. loved the vibe of it. Kitchen was really well stocked, everything was tidy and organized, nice washer/dryer, sauna and spa were really nice. Fireplace was wonderful and great room for reading and napping. Ashley was a really good host, very accommodating, responsive, and provided proactive communication and helpful information. Could use a deep cleaning of baseboards, harder to reach surfaces and blinds. Noticed some hair from other animals and layer of dust on things like upper shelves, under couches and on top of fridge. Didn't have a BBQ to use (though it's listed in the amenities). All other amenities and furniture was in great working condition No window covering on upper windows, so bring eye masks if you want to sleep in. Not a lot of privacy in the backyard, neighbor house overlooks hot tub and anyone walking by can easily look into backyard.

This home was comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The view from the deck was fabulous. It was very spacious and had one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever come across in my travels. This is a perfect spot for a small group or family wanting to explore the Oregon coast!

Andrew and Brie were incredibly responsive, ensuring our stay was both seamless and enjoyable. Every detail was clearly communicated—from the well-laid-out directions to the thoughtfully compiled instruction book for the home’s amenities. The house itself is spacious, beautifully appointed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need (and then some!). However, the true gem of this property is its outdoor space. The river access provided the perfect spot to cool off and unwind with friends, and when we weren’t by the water, we were gathered around the gas fire table under the gazebo, soaking in the serene atmosphere. If everything lines up, I would love to return!

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a very comfortable place to stays. Very roomy with nice common spaces to visit and relax. I liked the sun room and kitchen. Definitely recommended

Great stay at the coast! Condo is roomy, updated and clean with great TV’s and great views! Would definitely stay again if in the Lincoln City area.

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

12/10 for Brandon & Rain OR Shine! It has quickly become our go-to home away from home on the Oregon coast. The location is terrific and we can always count on Brandon to be the host with the most. We can’t wait to book again!

A super cute cabin with great location -- just right off 101. If you like shopping, you could walk to the outlets! Also a very short walk down to the beach. The loft was really fun and it was really cozy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!

My only issue was the stairs. I have an older dog and carrying her up to the second floor was very hard as I have a Port and Cancer and am restricted on the weight I can carry. Without elevators, it required multiple stair climbing to get my stuff into the AirBNB. Otherwise, everything was great.

We all had a fun time during our family weekend. Besides playing cards and making the 500 piece puzzle, we hiked a beautiful trail in the center of town behind the baseball field. It was absolutely beautiful n so lush with vegetation. We also ran the pooches on the state beach and checked out the historic bridge park across the bridge. Fun, relaxing and so enjoyable to stay at Pelican Perch. Amy’s place had everything we needed to cook up some delicious meals and settle in.

This was a wonderful stay after a long day of driving on the coast. Mary was kind and informative, answering all my questions over the phone while giving my partner and I space and privacy to decompress in the unit. There were plenty of kitchen appliances, I could have stayed there a week and made my own food every day. The s’mores kit was a very sweet, welcoming touch.

Friendly owners, very clean space with a convenient little dog run. We went to the local bakery recommended by the owners and got some delicious treats. Would stay here again.

Very lovely location for a beach stay. We had lots of fun and had plenty of amenities to help us have a great time. Do note that the beach access is closed unless you use an alternative route to get down there.

Had a great week stay! Very clean and had all the things I needed during my stay! I loved how close it was to the beach, and hilltop cafe was a great lunch spot just a quick walk. Definitely plan to stay again!

Beautiful view n wonderful neighborhood. Thankful for a pet friendly place. The place could use a laminate vinyl flooring that is more appropriate for a pet friendly air bnb. We love it though.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week with the kids! Having the beach right outside our back door made entertainment easy and free! We spent countless hours on the beach and early mornings searching for shells. I would sit on the back patio drinking coffee and soaking in the ocean view for forever if I could! Beautiful home and perfect location right in between Newport and Florence where we went to adventure a couple times. Would 100% recommend!
