This unique independent unit has a style all its own. Charming one bedroom unit with open living concept - kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and work space. Private bath with walk-in closet. Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

Natural Trail North (Newport , South Beach Area)

Beautiful home located in a very relaxing and secluded residential area. Very Private setting with one bedroom which has a queen bed with sofa sleeper and its own private full bath. Living room area has a kitchenette at the lower level (no induction stove) and a lovely lounge area. stairs to access the lower level. This new home is nestled in the woods and you can hear the waves crashing. The home is 8 min walking distance to the Pacific ocean beach and Lost Creek State park.

Family-friendly ocean front home

Enjoy two huge decks to watch the bridge and bay from the front and ocean front sand dune on the back. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), two baths and a huge game room with pool table for kids, lots of great toys and a sleeper sofa. The fireplace is decorative only. This house is two stories, guests will need to climb stairs. There is direct beach access from our home. You just need to walk out the back door and over the sand dune to miles of beautiful beaches.

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
