Katya’s place had everything we needed for our family of 8. Our favorite place to hang out was the backyard lanai, love this area!! All the beach gear provided made our trips to the beach extra amazing and the scooter and the bike kept the kids busy when at the house. Katya was very quick to respond to all messages, and a very accommodating host!!!

The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Location felt safe and peaceful. Really appreciated the extra toiletries since one of my teens forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste. Shuffleboard came in clutch for those rainy periods. Definitely recommend this house.

I stayed at Pam's home with my 82 year old father whose mobility is not the greatest!! Pam bent over backwards to make our experience at her home more comfortable and relaxing!!! Not only a beautiful home, but excellent service from the owner!!!

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

Fully recommend this place very clean and everything like it was described, near to the beaches and restaurants.

We had a great experience at Arlet’s place. It was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed to stay for a full week. She was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay on short notice. If you’re sensitive to light, just make sure you bring a sleep mask.

Enjoyed staying here, we came for Anna Maria Island and it was really easy and quick to get there. The area has many places to eat and it’s great.

Wonderful house. Sparkling clean, comfy beds, brilliant amenities, gorgeous garden and pool. The decor is beautiful and calming. Would thoroughly recommend. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance but the house is so peaceful. Thank you! This was my 50th birthday present to myself and I don’t want to leave! ☺️

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short 15-minute drive to all the main attractions in Sarasota like St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, and downtown. Having a car definitely made things more convenient than relying on Uber. The home was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It’s in a private community, which added a nice sense of security and quiet. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore Sarasota! The hosts were always extremely responsive and were able to accommodate all of our requests.

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

This place was just what my family and I needed, clean, fun and close to the beaches! Christina was very responsive and made our stay pleasant

Andrea was such a kind and responsive host, communication was easy from start to finish. The place was super clean and had everything we needed, it’s located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, they even provided beach essentials like an umbrella and a cart, which made things so convenient. The neighbors were also incredibly sweet, one even gave my daughter a bike to ride! It was about a 30-minute drive to Siesta Key. The pool was very popular with my kids and the game room! We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks. Oh, and the beds? So comfy! We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

We've booked a lot of Airbnb, this one has been the best. The house was very clean and felt like home. We felt very comfortable the entire stay and took advantage of the game room in the evening.

It was a great location! Nice view outback. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! The inside was spacious! We had a great time!

This is a great house, very clean and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. All the beach gear you could think of and fully stocked kitchen to cook as much as you like. Location was perfect, great restaurants & shopping nearby, only 7 miles to Anna Maria & 12 miles to Longboat Key. Our personal favorites: Swordfish Grill, Old Salty Dog, Mote Aquarium, Coquina Beach, and Crowder’s Gifts for souvenirs. House was super easy to find and get into. Sarah was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will absolutely stay again! Next time we will explore Sarasota a little more.

I stayed for three nights at this AirBnB with a family of 7 ,it had a salt water pool that was clean had extra pool/beach towels outside and bath towels ,A/C was great for the hot florida days ,Kitchen was great ,everything was great specially no critters seen inside or outside .bed Linens were spotless and comfy.Would defiantly recommend this place.
