The city center is about 2.5 km away, ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature, but still want to be in the heart of Bayreuth quickly. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

Sie wohnen in der Penthouse-Wohnung eines historischen Hauses aus dem Jahr 1872 mit eigener großer Dachterrasse, die im Sommer bis Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat. Die Wohnung hat ca. 100m² und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 200x200 / 1 Bett 160x200). Im gleichen Haus befindet sich LOFT 1872.

The furnished apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Hedwig Church and you can reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes. Our new city beach on Lake Röhrensee is also a few minutes away. Feel free to use our bicycles, but you should bring your own bike lock.
