The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margravial Schreez Castle. In 2021 & 2022, we completely renovated the house.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment In the heart of Bayreuth. By foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min to downtown The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine.
