Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bayreuth

Highly furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with information very well and was always easily accessible.

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. Not so suitable for two couples. There is also a single bed in the living room. Beautiful quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything was perfect :) Next year again!

We spent 5 very nice days of family vacation with Martina and Josef. The toddler was busy: sliding, feeding rabbits, petting cats, driving a Bobbycar tractor. There were also books and toys, which we could use in view of the bad weather. A highlight: fresh strawberries and eggs from the farm. Plus the location: climbing rocks within a few minutes' walk and other activities within a short drive. Disadvantage: The really loud frogs directly in front of the house and the ringing of the bells at 6:00 (after a few days, however, we had already gotten used to it). The place was absolutely sufficient for 5 and a half people, everything was neat and in good shape. A dishwasher and microwave would have increased the comfort a bit, but of course you can also manage without them. We would gladly recommend the Bühnershof and would only wish for better weather for the next stay ;-)

We were on site with two small children. So the large garden with the many play equipment (swings, slide, trampoline, sandbox, ...) as well as the chickens and adjacent paddock with horses were very well received. There are also some toys available in the accommodation. At any rate, there was no boredom at any time. Just perfect for a break with your family. And otherwise, the furnishings of the accommodation leave nothing to be desired. A lot of what we had brought with us was actually already available on site (salt, pepper, tabs, ...). Communication with Birgit in advance and during the stay was also very pleasant - helpful and informative. For beer lovers, the region is of course beyond any doubt. Paradise on earth. Tip: the Pottensteiner from the Mager Brewery. In short: we will be happy to come back!

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Wonderful place to relax. If you like clowns, you'll love this little house.

We have rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The property is exceptional with the cozy wood, high ceiling and large glass front. Everything was tip top clean, well maintained and with great details (water bubbly from the line). The large garden was totally beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children and had four wonderful days. The apartment is cozy, the garden is magical and you are in a few minutes' walk in the forest or at the idyllic Fichtelsee. Michael and his wife were wonderful, very nice and open hosts. The children especially loved cat Bärle. We definitely recommend Michael's place.

Great accommodation, in the middle of the city and yet with parking, which was really convenient. The house is unique, very nicely decorated, very clean and the photos are accurate. The stairs are steep due to the old building, but with a little caution, they can be managed. Eva is a very nice and reliable host who proactively approached us and responded quickly.

One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! It was very clean and tidy, while at the same time cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. I can really recommend Michaela's apartment without reservation!

Kathrin's apartment is very practical and stylishly furnished. Everything is modern and very clean. Our aunt felt very comfortable. The communication with Kathrin and her husband was always very friendly and open. Shopping, pharmacy and swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance. We would love to book again ☺️

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Sabine's place. Upon arrival, she warmly greeted me and gave a thorough tour of the property. The space was absolutely clean, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It is a perfect Vacay spot, it has a breath-taking view and the area itself is so calm and pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

We were here for the second time and again completely satisfied! 🤗 The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished and absolutely family-friendly – ideal for a relaxing holiday with a child. The surroundings in Franconian Switzerland are beautiful and perfect for excursions with the whole family – whether hiking, small discovery tours or leisurely walks. The hosts Irmgard and Roman are incredibly likeable, helpful and warm. They are also happy to give great tips for activities in the region. We felt very comfortable again and will definitely come back!

We had a nice time in Nina's apartment. The check in was easy, the kitchen well equipped and in 3 minutes you were in the forest. The bed was nice and big, but unfortunately a little too soft for us. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

We were so excited and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is super comfortable, the view to the courtyard garden and the proximity to the pedestrian zone - just perfect. Nadja was also so nice and accommodated us with our spontaneous extension, thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back. ⭐️

We were super happy with the place. It met our expectations. And the location is of course awesome. You can't get any closer to the landmark of Bamberg, great.

great hospitable place ti stay area is quiet and air is very clean there is a small river nearby and you can hear the calming sound of water during the night. thats great for taking a fruitful rest

We were there as a family with 2 children (15/8). Everything as in the pictures, TOP condition and spatially larger than expected. Mega comfortable sofa. Very nice communication and super flexible check - in. T H A N K S Linda, happy to do it again.

The stay with Julia and Oliver was very relaxing. We have proactively received all the information. Communication was very fast and friendly. Julia personally welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us great restaurant tips. The accommodation was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. In addition, a pretty terrace invited you to relax. I can only recommend the place.

Hi, this is my second time staying at this apartment and I recommend it 100%. Both times have been for work and it is very well connected to the fair.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is well equipped and was perfectly clean. Also in the kitchen everything is available, plus coffee capsules and tea bags. Communication with Tim went smoothly. There were exact instructions with pictures for check-in and otherwise he was very reliable. A plus, but also a small minus point is the location. The apartment is very central, but therefore also close to neighboring houses and neighbors, which unfortunately did not seem so trustworthy.
