Absolutely loved Harvest Moon Cabin! How peaceful it was, just a comfy place to be. We saw lots of wildlife too! Bears, deer, it was so fun! The northern lights even came out for a while. I would love to come back someday! Thanks for a great stay.

My entire group had their jaw drop when we pulled in to David’s cabin. The view to the water was incredible. The photos don’t do the house justice. It is so beautiful and clean. Truly they have everything. It was the most amazing place to stay! We all wanted to plan another trip back before this one was over. I highly recommend this cabin & David as a host.

Plenty of space and a good location for ski in/ski out

Had a great time connecting with the family. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Right on a lake which the older kids/young adults enjoyed during our winter visit.

A very good place to base exploration of the surrounding area. Has all the amenities that parents with young children need including a folding crib, high chair, playground, and a safe interior space for them to play. Very well-appointed interior, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. We plan to stay here every time we need a place to stay around here.

Was sooo accommodating for my special request. I only needed the space for myself and bridesmaids get ready for our wedding. Daniel was so gracious to allow myself and others in his space for the limited time that we needed! Traveled from Kansas City, Missouri for our big day, and it was perfect! Even more fun, after our wedding we ran into his property partner!

We had a very fun time and Keith and Sara were helpful when we had any questions. The area is beautiful and canoeing on the lake is a must!

Cottage 5 was perfect for a cozy and quiet getaway. Very spacious and clean, also had pretty much everything you would need. Plus the ice cream gift, was a great treat! Thank you!!

Little Sisu was exactly what we expected! Peaceful, comfy, beautiful surroundings! Jesse was very responsive to any questions and concerns. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back, hopefully in the fall once the sauna is finished!

We had a wonderful stay at Brandi's cabin. The place was even better than the photos and description. We caught an abundance of fish right off the dock all day, every day. The beds were comfy, and the place was clean and well stocked. We hope to come back soon!

This is 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Bailey's and loved it. The house is beautiful and she provides tons of ammenities. Love sitting on deck looking over the lake and watching the geese with their babies, ducks and babies and plenty of Eagles.

The stay was lovely. We were able to drive to other locations about an hour away to explore the area up north. The cabin itself was very nice and clean. We were able play and fish in the lake. It was a really great stay to refresh and recharge!

The cabin was cozy and clean. It had kitchen tool essentials (silverware, plates/bowls, salt/pepper/tea, cleaning supplies). The bathroom was clean and a short, pretty walk from the cabin. Nice for a winter getaway in the woods but within a short drive to Washburn or other points on the South Shore.

This was our first Airbnb and we were truly amazed and felt right at home. It was perfect for us!

Chelsea and Joel (and the owner, Mike) were great! We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the local recommendations the hosts offered. Mike was also incredibly helpful upon our arrival. He was happy to share exactly where everything was and what to do if we had any questions. The cabin and outhouse were very clean (and smell-free!), and we encountered no issues whatsoever. I would note, though, like others have, that this space is not necessarily “semi off grid.” The owner lives on the same property and another rented space is located there as well. We appreciated being close to help if the need arose, however. All in all, this cabin was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet space to stay during our hiking trip!

Love! We have shared some of the best life experiences here from our engagement to our baby reveal! This is like our second home and the owners are WONDERFUL! The lodge, food and drinks are all awesome. Great service and will plan to be back again soon!

This cabin was an absolute gem! Beautiful, spotless, and perfectly situated—peaceful yet conveniently close to Hwy 61. We used it as a home base for exploring the breathtaking North Shore of Lake Superior, hiking and adventuring each day. The sauna was a fantastic way to unwind, easy to use, and a true highlight. The shower was luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptional communicators, making everything seamless from start to finish. The property itself felt wonderfully secluded while still providing a sense of security and comfort. The grounds were stunning, adding to the overall charm of the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat!

Great winter stay for the Birkie at Sharon's cabin. Overall it was a great experience. Cabin was better equipped and larger than the listing let on with plenty of kitchen appliances. Plus we were able to get pretty consistent cell data coverage (both AT&T and T-Mobile). Beautiful little secluded area that we would definitely come to again. Sharon was a great host and very responsive to messages.
