Holiday rentals with beach access in Bayfield

We spent the holiday weekend here celebrating my parents 60th birthday. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Walkable to everything and nice that it had its own parking spot. The were extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to Bayfield!

Great place to stay in Two Harbors! Close to everything! Comfortable bed, very homey vibes! It smelled AMAZING right when we walked in the entryway! We had a great time and would definitely book this place again!

My family and I were very happy with: the location, the great water view from the balcony, the attached bookstore (a must visit), everything you need in Bayfield being within walking distance (including the ferries to the Apostle Islands & the Saturday morning farmer's market), the long list of amenities in the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment, easily accessible parking spaces, and the quick and thorough responses from the hosts. Some patrons at the bar next door were laughing & having fun a little loudly outside on Friday night when we were going to bed, but the sound machines that were available in each of the bedrooms easily took care of it for us. (Saturday night, the patrons were quiet, but we still enjoyed using the sound machines.) We needed help with the airbed and the hosts took care of it promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are fortunate enough, to spend some time on Minnesota’s North Shore, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Brenda and Tom‘s place is exactly as described. It is more than we expected. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is perfect and so scenic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even spotted an Eagle! We had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, including Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, and the quaint town of Two Harbors.

Pearl and Jim are great hosts, very easygoing and always helpful. The apartment is the lower unit, exactly as described. From the great window in the main room to the wonderful deck, large bathroom, comfortable bedroom with plenty of closet and drawer space, everything worked well. The garden and lawn that lead down to a small private beach are beautifully landscaped. The apartment was spotless and comfortable.

This was our first stay in this part of Duluth. While it was a bit of a drive to some parts of the city, the quality, price, & privacy of this studio apartment was well worth it. The road outside is fairly well traveled during the day but the neighborhood felt very safe & at night, it was quiet with virtually no traffic noises. There is a gas station across the street & a grocery store nearby. We also discovered Lester Park nearby right before we left town. Next time we’d like to walk there. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, & spacious. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it is nice & as shown. The bathroom was lovely & the fixtures/amenities are very nice. The laundry room was also helpful in our short stay. I would give the king mattress 7.5/10 (& I’m particular about mattresses :). The only unusual thing was that the bed & the couch are very low to the ground. But that didn’t pose issues for us. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back.

Great stay, Great walking access to town. Very attractive and well supplied unit. Great access to the ferry to Madeline Island, The town itself is a very p positive draw even as the season was coming to a close when we were there. No complaints. Easy to recommend.

A nice spot in the middle of Bayport, above a coffee shop so you'll wake up to the smell of coffee and breakfast and want some! interesting layout, lots of steps.

Went here for my bachelorette weekend getaway and it was PERFECT. Could not have asked for a better place!

We arrived at the house in sub zero temperatures and were very happy to be inside the house with the wonderful radiant heated floors. Warm and cozy! Comfortable beds and warm blankets made for restful nights. The view of the bay is beautiful. Moon rising over the horizon reflected on the ice . We heard Great Horned Owls hooting in the distance. Next visit we hope to come in the summer or fall to walk around more and see the lake. Thanks again!

What a cute place! Quaint clean and so much better than a hotel. Place to stretch out at the end of the day. Walking distance to the lake. When coming back, I’d stay here again!

Pete and Tanya were very helpful for our stay. It was supposed to be a snowmobile trip but the weather quickly took a turn. They were very helpful in letting us know the conditions and suggested alternatives.

Our group had plenty of space and comfortable arrangements to make ourselves at home. Centrally location in Two Harbors allowed us to walk around town and access everything conveniently and quickly.

The retreat on the lake was a beautiful place to spend a few days. We were there in the winter, and it was a nice cozy atmosphere to be in. The lake is beautiful, and there are beautiful walking trails in the neighborhood. There is a nice little community beach which would be great in the summer. Ashley was a very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

This was the best Airbnb we've been to in a long time. Not only was it a gorgeous historical house with tons of history (and things to read inside about it's personal history), but the interior was beautifully kept as well. The beds were quite comfortable, not overly squishy memory foam but also not hard as boards. The area has innumerable sites to see, whether you prefer new foods, new views, or anything in between. Nadine thought of everything for us, and we hope we can come back to this gorgeous home away from home!

Jennifer's place is wonderful and peaceful and relaxing. The setting is amazing and the house is cozy and clean. The yard and trails are beautiful and it's an incredibly beautiful location. I would definitely go again.

This was our second stay here. The hosts are helpful and responsive. We were so comfortable and the place is so central. We love it!

The apartment was actually nicer in person than we had anticipated from the pictures. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of almost everything in LaPointe. The member of our group who had lived in New Orleans especially appreciated the Cajun seasoning left in the cupboard!

Beautiful location with a great view of the lake and cliffs! Loved the wood burning fireplace.

Great location for watching the boats coming and going, proximity to town and people watching. We could walk everywhere. Hence, our exhaustion after a busy Memorial Weekend.sail boat races could be seen and the spinnaker run was beautiful. Thank you for hosting your lovely home.

We appreciated the location and the pleasant apartment. Good supply of towels, comfortable bed, and anything we wanted in the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of suggestions about things to do and places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was one of our favorite vacations! Loved the pool and the indoor/outdoor hot tub. The separate suites were the best part! We all loved having our own space. With the separate suites we could escape to our room with the kitchen and do all the cleanup or play games while the kids were sleeping- It was fantastic. We came on Memorial Day weekend, and were so surprised at how quiet it was! Even between our rooms we couldn’t hear each other, but also between the neighbors there was no sound! Quiet corner on the top floor was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. Nespresso machines in all three rooms was much appreciated. The mini fridge/microwave in the other two rooms was great too. We stored kid snacks and bedtime bottles in the kid’s room. Sonju Trail, Lakeview playground, and Back Forty Books- so fun with kids! This was a very family friendly place to go. We will be back in the fall to see the colors because the views from this place would be breathtaking!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
