Villa holiday rentals in Bay of Plenty Region

Very greatful to have stayed here. Close enough to the Redwoods to ride to the shuttles along some very nice pathways. Also easy to drop down into downtown for dinner. Worked really well for a group of guys with plenty of room.

We stayed 2 nights at Pingping’s Place. The place is great. The house is very well equipped and has an incredible view. Just a few minutes from the beach. We hope to return soon. Thank you Pingping.

This home was a spacious place for my family to relax, and the host was absolutely excellent and even provided some local recommendations for food on Christmas Day when we thought most places would be closed. The surroundings are serene, and my family very much enjoyed staying here.

Absolutely epic spot! Oceanfront views were insane ~ could hear the waves from bed. Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Wish we stayed longer. Will 100% be back!

Great location, just a short walk to both BayFair and the beach - perfect for a summer stay. The space is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Charles and Kylie were excellent hosts, very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A cosy and quirky house with beautiful views of the mountain and lake. Des is a great host and the house has everything you need. My only caution is that the driveway is a bit steep and a touch tricky especially when wet. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Absolutely blown away. Loved having the lake on our doorstep with an indoor spa to hop between. Hosts were excellent communicators and so welcoming! Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will most certainly be back!
