We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s place at Storey Lake in Kissimmee! Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The home was perfect for our group, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication with Fonti and the entire Fonti Vacation Home Staff was outstanding from start to finish. They were always responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. This was the perfect place for 2 adults and 2 tweens for our SeaWorld vacation. Loved that it was a gated community with everything we needed close by. Max & Ray provided all necessary details prior to arrival, including products that we needed to supply for a longer stay. One thing we would like to see is a Keurig coffee maker. There were no issues to report and we had a very pleasant/relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Max & Ray!

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

Came for a birthday vacation and I def chose the right place to stay! The airbnb was close to Disney parks and gift shops. The home was just like the photos, everything was clean and beautiful 😊 The pool was so refreshing and clean, plus had a nice view of the pond. We even decided to stay an extra day, Dinara was super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and great for the group's needs. We were able to get Doordash with no issue, use the kitchen and grill as well, kitchen was fairly well stocked for simple, large volume family style cooking and serving. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, as was common area. Didn't get to use the pool, but it was lovely to sit by in the morning with coffee. Would definitely be back!

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

The house was super clean, spacious, and very organized. It’s in a beautiful, quiet area but still close to everything. The view was lovely, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

A home away from home when visiting Orlando/Kissimmee! The house had plenty of space, it was close in proximity to all of the Orlando attractions, the pool was amazing, and Brian was a top-notch host! Will definitely stay here again!

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

Carlos property was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family to Disney. The property was about 15-20 min from Disney. The property is surrounded by dining, shops, convenience, and entertainment. The property was roomy, clean and was well equipped for any family. Would recommend this property.

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

If you have a small family and plan to visit the theme parks this place is for you! it's affordable, has a great pool and is only about 15-20 min drive from the Disney parks, universal, Medieval Times and Gator Land. We loved having the kitchen and the washer/dryer for our clothes. Also at 9pm each night we can see the Disney fireworks from the elevator balcony! Make sure to check out the Dollar Tree next door for awesome deals :)

We love the Megan property. It is very beautiful and has well accommodated a family with 2 adults and 2 children. The condominium is also very beautiful and very quiet, great for those who want to rest after a full day of fun at Disney or Universal. The distance to Disney parks is around 20 minutes and to Universal's a little more distant, but for us it didn't bother us at all. The bed mattresses are very soft, which for my wife and I was a bit uncomfortable as we prefer more orthopedic mattresses. Overall our experience was great and the children enjoyed it very much. We love the place and certainly when we return to Orlando we will stay again!

Beautiful comfortable condo, smelled amazing, very clean, top class amenities including linens and bedding…one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommended!
